"What's wrong?" Akai asked quietly.

This time, she quickly turned away from him.

"Just..is.."

“Huh?” The young man still didn't understand. He pulled his thin body and hugged him tighter than before.

"Can you let go? It's uncomfortable," Shiho said softly, intent on removing the other's hand from hers.

So he didn't notice the mischievous eyes and the smile on his lips from the tall figure.

Akai smiled slightly. Before getting on top of the girl, he pinned both of her arms down.

"You!?" A pair of beautiful eyes widened. before quickly turning his head away to avoid the other person's sight

"Answer my question," a deep voice said.

"What?" This time, she agreed to look at his face.

"From now on, I will go with you wherever you go. Do you understand?"

".....No." He said, turning his head and lowering his eyes.

Akai grabbed her pretty face and turned her to meet his eyes again. before asking in a firm but gentle voice.

"Answer my question, Shiho."

"Can you say you're annoyed?" A challenging look in his eyes that he hadn't seen in a long time flashed again.

The young man bent down and kissed the beautiful lips that he always kissed.

"Uh.."

He pressed a slow, lingering kiss. Until the young woman beneath her body almost suffocated.

"yeah..."

He looked at the beautiful face again. This time, the egotism was gone from those blue eyes.

There was only embarrassment that she couldn't conceal from his eyes.

"I love you." The seriousness of his eyes and voice hit some of his ears.

The girl could only gasp as she felt that her buried heart was pounding so hard that it would explode.

"What did you say.. of you.." Shiho lowered his eyes.

Akai lifted her chin to turn her to face him again.

"You know..just deny it." He was silent for a moment before continuing.

“Everything I've done..you know that, right Shiho? What do I think of you?"

"...." The girl swallowed heavily. I've never felt my heart constrict like this before.

"I..."

"If you're not ready, that's okay," he said, dropping down beside her.

He held her loosely in his arms.

"Just this..."

The young man tightened his body in his arms. before looking down at her

"That's all I need..." he said, wrapping his arms around her shoulders.

Some bodies curled up and tucked into each other. She raised her head and asked him directly.

"That's all there is to it. What do you mean?" Shiho looked confused.

Akai chuckled at how slow she felt. before supporting the other person's face to rest on his shoulder

“Don't go anywhere again...don't run away from me again.

Let me hug you..until my last breath." His voice was as deep as begging.

Shiho thought along with a small smile. Even if she's depressed.

But if you're with him like this...his embrace is the warmest...

"Um," a sweet voice answered shortly. Ready to close his eyes and sleep on the other's chest.

The young man was slightly stunned. Before smiling to himself and closing his eyes.

From now on, he promises that this embrace will be a shelter for you.

Will protect you from danger with his warmth.

Even if you have to exchange your life for that happiness of yours.

He accepts.. because you are the 'breath' that he will protect as long as his life..
