First of all, I'd like to say hello to readers who wandered in ^
O^ (
Haha)
Because this fic was inspired by a line from a novel written by my younger sister.
So it ended up being a short fic... Let's keep it short for now :)
This fic is Chrisley. This pair of writer chips is here~~
How is it after reading? Please leave comments as encouragement.
TT
Because right now I'm writing a long fic. Maybe the comments will help encourage the fic to improve, haha.
(Whoever reads this and doesn't comment, I'm looking.)
“I'll go first, hyung.”
Chris said goodbye to his co-seniors before gathering up his documents and work and heading towards the parking lot. Chris opened the car door and sat inside. Looking at the pink note attached to the steering wheel of the car, he let out a small smile. Today he has a surprise for his lover.
Today is Yixing's birthday!
Thinking this much, he almost couldn't start the car and drive away. Chris went straight to the bakery he used to often order cakes to eat with Yixing. This morning he had already ordered a cake. Crispy entered the shop as soon as the engine was completely turned off. The sound of the bell in front of the store greeted him, along with the sweet-faced girl who chattered brightly from the counter.
“Good evening, Mr. Chris. Are you here to pick up the cake you ordered?”
“Yes,” Chris replied as the young woman carried a large cake box and placed it on the counter.
“Do you want to write more on the cake?”
Chris opened the box and looked at the cake inside that had the sentence he had instructed the employee to write on it before shaking his head lightly, “No.”
Chris received the cake box from the employee and paid for it. He walked out of the store carrying a bag of cakes with a smile on his face. Yixing will definitely like it.
Yixing's favorite chocolate flavored cake
The traffic problem in the evening was something that really annoyed him. Especially on this special day. causing him to hurry even more than before
Chris watched as a man and woman walked hand in hand while the man was watching out for traffic before crossing hands together. Chris saw this and immediately thought of Yixing. He desperately wanted to hold Yi Qing's hand.
Chris picked up the cake box that was placed on the cushion next to him. I looked up again before stepping on the accelerator when I saw that the light had changed from red to green and the car in front had moved away. He tried to pass this car in a hurry. By now, Yi Qing would probably be waiting for him to come back. It wouldn't be good for him to keep his lover waiting.
I'm about to go find you, Yixing.
Creak!
Chris drove into the small house. One where he lived with his lover. Once he had parked the car, he picked up the cake box and held it with a smile on his face. He hoped Yixing would like it.
A tall man carried a cumbersome box of cakes out of the car. One hand carries a bag of cakes. With his other hand, he was carrying a pile of documents. Chris slowly walked over and carefully opened the front door that led into the house. Otherwise, the cake he brought would be a mess.
limply!
His thoughts were not yet lost. The bag of cakes he was carrying fell down and lay on the floor. Chris sighed and shook his head at his own clumsiness. He opened the door and placed other items inside before coming out to look at the cake that had been created by his clumsiness.
Paste...paste...paste...
Unfortunately for Chris, the rain fell just in time. So he could only quickly pick up the cake bag without even looking at his own work.
"dress..."
Chris exclaimed with regret after opening the cake box and looking at the cake inside. I found that it was so messy that there was nothing left of the cake. Chris walked into the kitchen and took out two plates and spoons. Then try to collect as many cake parts as possible. Divide evenly among both plates. Let's put together beautiful colored candles at the bakery and give them one on each plate.
Chris put the spoons down next to the two plates. Take a look at your own work. It was a good thing that the sentence he wanted Yixing to see was still legible.
Chris walked upstairs to the bedroom. Walk straight to the nightstand. He picked up a picture frame and looked at it for a while, then held it in his hand. He walked over to the same table that had a strange looking cake. Two dishes were placed. Place the picture frame you brought with you on one seat. He himself went to sit in the chair opposite.
Chris folded his hands in front of his chest and closed his eyes. But after a moment he opened his eyes and sang a song of celebration.
“Happy Birthday to You… Happy Birthday to You…”
A young man sings Happy Birthday to his lover while clapping his hands like a crazy person.
“Happy Birthday...”
A young man prepared a full page of greetings.
“Happy Birthday...”
A young man stares at a picture of his lover in a picture frame.
“Happy… Birthday…”
A young man spends money to buy a large cake for his lover, knowing full well that he will never be able to eat it.
“To…You…”
A young man raised his hand to wipe away the tears that were streaming down his cheeks. When he realized that his lover was looking at him
Fighting back a sob, Chris reached out and scooped up a piece of cake from the plate across from him.
“I know you really like chocolate cake...so I bought it...for you...” Chris carefully sliced the cake on the plate with intention. “But his face is...funny...”
Chris tries to make the birthday celebration atmosphere fun. He didn't want Yixing to get bored first. The party has just begun.
“Yi Qing, open your mouth.” Chris extended his hand holding a spoon with a pile of cake pieces to the person in the picture frame in front of him. “Ah...Open your mouth.”
"Wha...why don't you open your mouth...ah..."
“Open your mouth...I'll...enter...”
“I entered…”
"give..."
“It's me...”
Happy birthday...Zhang Yixing
