Just the student president doing his duty. Why do you have to hate each other? If you didn't break the rules like I did, I wouldn't be bothered. Sigh. My name is 'Namfah', the student council president that everyone hates. (−＿−) What did I do wrong? They broke the school rules and I just did my duty by punishing them, that's all.
