Let It Fly

They first met in a park near the hospital. He was driving when his eyes caught sight of her sitting alone on a park bench. It wasn't love at first sight. He just wants to know. He noticed a small smile on her face, but the sadness in her eyes attracted him more. No decisions have been made.

He parked the car and walked over to her and sat down next to her.

She looked shocked when a man suddenly sat down next to her. But suddenly he asked her if she was okay. She turned to look at him. Notice the worry in his eyes. She didn't even know him but there was something in him......his eyes. Or maybe it was his soft voice that made her feel comfortable around him.

She answered him truthfully. No...she's not okay and will never be okay.

The next time they met at the hospital. They came from different departments but happened to meet each other along the way. Joohyun looked surprised to see Luhan again. She felt humiliated for accidentally venting her emotions at him when they met. He smiled at her. Maybe he knew she was going through a difficult time.

So he cracked a joke. Fate, maybe it was fate that brought us together. He told her with a smile on his face. She smiled at him and joked back. That was fate.

Luhan invites Joohyun to eat at a restaurant. The first time, she immediately refused. But he still insists that he wants her to go. Finally, the two of them came to a luxury restaurant. She acted awkwardly because she had never been to a restaurant like this before.

“Seo Juhyun,” he turned his eyes to her and smiled. “Do you like me?”

The next day, a bouquet of red roses was delivered to her room with a small card that said he was sorry.

“I told you to quit smoking,” she said firmly. “All beers are 10,000 won.”

Luhan handed her the money. Joohyun quickly picked it up and put the beer in a plastic bag and handed it to him. But he still refused to go anywhere. He walked to a corner of the store where there were empty tables and chairs. He didn't do anything to the beer. Instead, he kept looking at her. There were no customers inside the store. They ended up staring at each other.

“Miss Joohyun, have you ever been drunk?” he asked her after a while.

She shook her head and said never. He didn't ask her why because he seemed to already know why. They just got to know each other. But Joohyun is someone who can see through things. So let Luhan know what she likes.

“It makes you feel good,” Luhan said before standing up and grabbing a beer can towards her. He opened the lid and handed it to her. “Take a look.”

"I don't want to," she glared at him. “And now I work in a shop that has CCTV cameras. I don't want to get fired yet.”

“Try it a little. Just a sip, it won't make you suffer. And I don't have to worry about her work. I can get you a new one.”

With a little persuasion, Joohyun finally took it and sipped it. As he expected, she didn't like it. He burst out laughing loudly when she asked him why people drank beer because it tasted so bad.

He hasn't left the store yet. But he waited until she got off work. He invited her to go with him, just like the incident that had just happened before. He brought her to his condo. Joohyun was surprised at how clean and neat his room was. At first, she thought it must be very messy. When he told her he would bring him here, she guessed wrong. He returned with three cans of beer in his hand, just as he thought. Joohyun glared at these cans.

He chuckled at hearing her mutter about how comfortable her bed was. She understood that he was her bed. He gently laid her on the bed and covered her with a blanket. He didn't know what motivated him to do this. But he bent down and kissed her forehead softly.

The next morning, Joohyun opened her eyes feeling as if she had died because she had a terrible headache. She found it funny because she was actually dead. She stood up, resisting the pain from her head and looked around the unfamiliar room. She tried to remember what had happened last night. She then blushed when she saw Luhan enter the room with a tray full of food.

He walked over to her and sat down on the bed next to her.

“Eat,” he ordered, “and you must also take this medicine. It will save her a headache.”

“I will never touch it again,” Seohyun pursed her lips. He only laughed at her.

“Did I do anything that I normally wouldn't do?” she asked him, curiosity filling her heart. She knew that most people would embarrass themselves when they were drunk. So it scared her a little. And another reason was that she didn't want to do anything embarrassing in front of Luhan.

“No, really, she just said something displeased. Don't you remember anything?” he teasingly asked her. She shook her head. “Too bad I can't remember anything at all.” He leaned in and whispered in her ear. That made her blush even more.

“She said that she might really like me.”

“I'm not,” she shouted.

“Yes, I was just teasing you.” He laughed happily.

This was the first time Joohyun had seen him look this weak. It had been a month since she had gotten drunk at his condo. He hadn't stopped by the store or texted her in weeks. She was so worried that she got off work and decided to go visit him at his condo. At first she thought he wasn't here because she had been waiting for so long.

Finally he opened the door. He looks tired. He was obviously much thinner. She felt like her heart under her chest was constricting seeing him like this. She was pretty sure it wasn't her illness that made her feel that way. He begs her to go back. But she persisted despite his objections.

"You need to see a doctor, Luhan. I don't like seeing you like this," she told him as he led her to sit on the sofa.

“What kind? Like a dead person? I already died Joohyun.” He laughed, but she didn't see how funny it was.

“I don't understand you at all. Why do you want to die so badly?” she said in a tired voice.

“Because there's nothing I have to live for.” He looked away. “Besides...no one cares about me.”

“It's me, Luhan! I'm worried about you,” she blurted out.

“You're going to die too, Joohyun,” he said flatly. “What if I decide to go for treatment? And then she died? No one's going to care. Because in the end, I still want to die.”

He started coughing. Joohyun's heart almost stopped when he saw that he was coughing up blood. She tried to regain her composure and called the hospital to get them both admitted.

Joohyun really couldn't understand why she was so interested in him. She and he were just acquaintances who probably didn't know much at all. Feeling hopeless, he forced himself to get out of bed. Picked up the car keys and went straight to her.

He came to see her at the convenience store. She looked shocked to see him. and was even more shocked when he saw his condition. His face was pale and thin. He looked weak. And that made her feel hurt seeing him like this.

“Why are you avoiding me, Joohyun?” he asked her, trying hard not to collapse in front of her.

“I...I'm not avoiding you,” she stuttered, looking away.

“You avoid me,” he smiled bitterly. “She didn't even look at me. Tell me what I did wrong.”

Joohyun bit his lip to stop himself from crying but then...

“I....” He started coughing. “I traveled here” and the next sentence “Please tell me.”

He started coughing again.

Joohyun rushed from the counter towards him. She led him to an empty seat.

“You don't deserve to be here, Luhan,” she whispered softly.

“I know, if you're going to ask me why I'm here. I don't know why,” Luhan said. “I just want you to answer me. If it will make you stop avoiding me for once.”

Joohyun started to cry. She didn't want to lie to him, and she didn't avoid him because her heart already belonged to him. She missed him so much that just having his lice here made her heart beat faster than it normally would. But seeing him looking so weak made her feel even more hurt.

“I'm sorry.....for falling in love with you,” she sobbed.

“Then let's stay together,” he said. “I think I feel the same way about you.”

“So what next? Wait until one of us dies first? I don't want that, Luhan.” She shook her head.

“No,” he whispered softly. “We will fight this together, Joohyun.”

“What does that mean?”

“I....I want to continue living. I want to live for you.”

He decided to see a doctor and get treatment. He didn't care how much money it cost. He wanted to live for her. He began looking for a heart donation for her. The two began to live a better life. They dreamed of the future of the two of them having 2 children.....1 girl and 1 boy.

They are having a happy time.

“Your hair is starting to fall out, Luhan,” she teased him.

“I guess I still look handsome. Even though I'm bald,” he smiled at her. She chuckled and placed a soft kiss on his forehead.

“You should kiss me on the mouth, Joohyun.” He pursed his lips and made kissing sounds. She liked that he was still a mischievous Luhan even though he was going through terrible suffering. And with that, Joohyun leaned over and gave him the kiss he wanted.

It was supposed to be a gentle kiss, but it turned more heated as he began kissing her passionately, moving his mouth against hers. They had kissed many times before but it was just normal kissing. Joohyun doesn't know what to do. She shyly tried to answer him by imitating his movements.

She started off shy and then switched to a more intense kiss like he was doing. He bit her lips softly, causing her to open her mouth, and brought his wicked tongue to find the sweetness in her mouth. His hands began to move around her hips as he moved closer. But he still didn't break the kiss. Now he was on top of her.

Instinctively, her hands began to wrap around his neck, pulling him closer to her.

When they broke apart Both of them gasped. They looked into each other's eyes. Nothing but love, passion and desire. They forgot all their troubles and turned to stare into each other's eyes.

“I want you,” he whispered as his lips began to roam her body. She just nodded because she wanted him too. This was the first time in her life that she wanted a young man to touch her body until she couldn't stand it. She knew she wouldn't feel sorry because he was...........

The man she loved with all her heart

They returned to the condo after Luhan received treatment from the doctor. Luhan rested on the bed while she prepared something for him in the kitchen. They lived like a normal husband and wife. But we are not officially married yet. She moved into his condo.
