Warning: non-linear timeline (sorry for all confusion), blood, dehumanized, slavery, and all the non-happy-fluffy thingy you can expect in a vampire and werewolf story

**** The war between vampires and werewolves has lasted for over a thousand years, with the vampires winning.

The werewolves were forced to retreat deeper into the forest. Without strength and no way to survive ****

“Steve,” his name was called from the mouth of Anthony Edward Stark, a noble vampire royal. General of the Vampire Army and his master

“Yes, sir.” Steve bowed his head as he approached Tony. Tony just came back from the war room. He could smell the cigar that General Ross liked to smoke on Tony. If it were anyone else, they probably wouldn't be able to recognize it. But his great senses were one of his abilities as a werewolf. And every time Tony came back from that room he was especially upset.

As soon as Steve walked close enough Tony's hand shot out and lifted his chin. before trailing down his jawline and stopping at his neck. The part covered by a thick, completely black collar. Tony touched the collar lightly. before a growl came out of his throat. And the long fangs that he normally could hide appeared.

“You are mine.”

Steve froze. Not sure what mood the young vampire in front of him would be in. He may have gotten used to his boss's mood swings. But that didn't mean his wolf instincts would get used to it too. Because right now every part of his body was telling him to run.

"T...Tony," he said, calling the other person's name. Tony always calms down after Steve calls him names like that.

“They want you to be traded.”

Steve was silent, waiting for his boss to continue explaining.

“The intelligence agency has just returned. There's someone looking for you...someone who knows where T'Challa's Wakanda clan is.” Steve gasped when he heard that name. T'Challa is the last king of the werewolves. And his tribe is the one with the most werewolves. If you can crush them The vampires will always be victorious.

Vampires have been searching for King T'Challa for centuries. But he couldn't find his hiding place.

“I said no. you are mine And only mine.” Tony's eyes turned completely black as he looked at him.

Steve closed his eyes, suppressing his voice and answered, "Yes, sir. I am yours alone."

When Steve first met Tony he was just a little wolf who was afraid of everything in the world. He had only recently learned to transform. His house had just been burned down. And he was the only survivor. Probably because he was in this puppy form. No vampire thought that a pup like him could be dangerous. They chained him up and dragged him into a cage.

Laughed at him when he saw him trying to scramble away. But his four short legs were not strong enough to harm anyone. His fangs weren't long enough to hurt the vampires. The last thing he could do was curl up into a ball on the edge of the cage. Then she cried, remembering the image of her father and mother being burned in front of her eyes.

...I'll probably follow soon...Steve said to himself. No matter what those murderers planned to do with him. He was ready too.

“Is this the Lycan when they fully transform?” A deep voice came from next to the cage. Steve's head shot up. Look at the light figure wearing a dark robe. Those dark eyes stared at him with interest.

“This is cute.”

Steve stood with his teeth bared. He doesn't like this person. And he wasn't cute at all. He raised his front foot, intending to scratch the long finger that had reached into the cage to caress his head. Even though it's not strong, Lycan's claws are still poisonous to vampires. In fact, it's just one of two things that can kill vampires. Lycan claw and silver metal

“Oh, that's fierce, kid.” The young vampire quickly retracted his finger.

“How old are you? Ten, twenty years old?” the young man asked, tilting his head to look at him thoughtfully.

To be precise, he was twenty years old. Which if we think about the human lifespan, it would probably be no more than five years old. They grow much more slowly than humans. and has a longer lifespan

...but they don't last as long as vampires...Vampires will continue to age, but they won't die.

Blue eyes looked at the black-haired man who was still squatting next to his cage. This guy looked like a teenager from the outside. But with a vampire's age, he probably wouldn't be more than a hundred years old. Steve thought to himself. He could smell human blood on the other person's breath. And only royal vampires are allowed to drink human blood.

If you were a soldier or commoner, you could only drink animal blood. They didn't want vampires to go out and kill humans.

“I've never seen golden fur like this.” The person suddenly spoke up again.

“I understand why the soldiers took you back. You are… very strange.”

Steve growled threateningly from his throat. Let's just say he's cute. I'll just say he's weird. Then he realized that he was strange. Because light-haired wolves can't hide in the dark very well. This makes them an easy target. The pack sergeant usually solved the problem by having the parents kill offspring that were born with light-colored fur. But because Steve's pack was not a nomadic pack that had to avoid enemies,

They then leave Steve even after seeing the boy's wolf form.

“Here, I'm not doing anything.”

Steve couldn't believe a word of that.

“I'll open the cage. Then I'll give you some food."

Steve stood still, this was his chance to escape. He waited for the young vampire to open the cage and rushed out. The four short legs exert all their strength and run. But the other person seemed to know what he was thinking about doing. The figure's strong arms grabbed the back of his neck before he could go anywhere.

Steve cries out loudly. Try to both claw and bite the other person. Until a deep, resonant voice spoke quietly.

“Stop it!” His dark brown eyes turned red. Steve's body froze, he was afraid, even though the vampire's commands had no effect on the werewolf once he transformed into a wolf. But the power behind that voice still caused his body to freeze and follow the command out of survival instinct.

Another person's lips curled into a smile. He saw sharp white fangs. His heart was pounding. And because he was probably too excited. He couldn't maintain his wolf form. Steve felt like he was changing back into his human form. And in that body, he had no weapons to fight against vampires. He had no claws, no fangs, and his body still had to obey the orders of a high vampire without reservation.

It's like a crazy law of nature. The claws of a werewolf when transformed can kill vampires. But in their human form, they would be slaves to every word of a noble vampire.

The hand holding the back of his neck immediately released him. His body hit the ground with a loud thud. He raised his head to look at the person still standing from the ground, his heart pounding, he was extremely afraid, but he didn't show anything.

“I just saw the time you guys changed,” was all the other person said. Eyes scanned over him. Steve wanted to find something to cover his body because when he changed back to his human form, he had no clothes with him.

“A child really exists?” Another person raised the corners of his mouth. Before taking off his cloak, he bent down and placed it on top of him. The young vampire's thin body shrank until he was level with him. A slender hand raised his chin as if inspecting the merchandise. It took Steve's utmost willpower to keep him from shaking.

“This is why you have light colored fur,” the speaker said, lightly touching the tip of his hair.

“What is your name?”

Steve pursed his lips. He looked at the person in front of him defiantly. Don't expect him to give in easily.

“Oh, I forgot you weren't tame yet,” another said, eyes sparkling. Before slowly closing his eyes, when he opened them, those eyes turned red. Steve's whole body froze.

...Please...please...he didn't want to be forced.

“Tell me what your name is.”

“S..Steven Rogers,” his mouth moved to answer on its own, “Steve.”

“And I really hate vampires,” he continued without being asked. I felt a small sense of victory when I saw the surprised look on the other person's face.

The young vampire raised his eyebrows before laughing. “Great, I like your spirit, Steve.”

“But you know what? I'm the kind of person who likes to win. I will make you change your words to death.”

“Ugh, you can do it easily. Just make your eyes red and tell me you can tell me what to say,” he retorted.

"That's true, but I don't like to do things easily."

“Alright, that's enough for today. I brought you some food.” The young vampire pointed at the food tray. A large piece of meat that he had never normally eaten. Just seeing Steve makes my mouth water.

“Eat well. If you don't want to die, I'll be very sorry for trying to bribe the soldiers to give you food.”

The boy shook his head.

“As you wish, I can't help you from starvation. Oh my god, I thought you were a real fighter. Just like that, I'll just die easily.” Steve was annoyed, but he had to agree with those words. He was ready to die if they killed him. But he definitely wouldn't die himself. He must fight until the end.

And the young vampire seemed to be able to read his thoughts. The figure smiled and stood up. “And I am Anthony. of the Stark family It's good to remember my name. Oh, and call me Tony. Don't call me Anthony, I'm not an old man from the 16th century or something like that.” With that, he turned and walked out of his prison room.

without forcing him to return to the cage as before

Steve looked confused at the closed door. He knew the Stark family. This family is considered to be the vampire ruling family. Famous for its power and war strategy. I don't know how much werewolf blood was on this family's hands.

...but why did this doctor... do this to him? Steve asked himself uncertainly. While his small hand still held tight to his fine cloth robe.

Tony did as he was told. He intends to make Steve change his mind about hating vampires. Or at least it's just the word "hate" Tony. Because the doctor came to his cell every day with food. Talk to him as if he were a friend.

After the first day the soldiers took the cage away. and brought him a bed and clothes instead. Said it was the orders of Young Master Stark. The only person he knew was Tony.

“Are you going to get any bigger than this?” Tony asked, looking at him tearing flesh apart with his sharp teeth. Steve continued to transform into a wolf whenever a vampire came. To know that with his childish body He would never be able to harm the vampires. But at least he still had some protection. And in Tony's case

He didn't want another person to order him to do this and that without his will.

Steve looked at Tony and tried to tell him that of course he was growing up. He's only twenty years old. Wolves take a hundred years to reach their full size. But his eyes seemed unable to convey any long-term meaning. Or maybe Tony was just trying to say something angry, he didn't know.

“You don't have to grow any bigger than this. It's cute like this. It's like a small puppy. If I raise you I will have puppies for another hundred years.”

Steve bared his teeth. It means to make the other person afraid and stop telling them they're cute. But Tony's smile widened. Then walked over and rubbed his head and played with him.

“So cute, Steve. I've always wanted to have a dog, you know? But I couldn't take care of it, risking that the soldiers would take my dog and chew it to play with first. If it's you, don't worry. No sane vampire would dare drink the blood of a werewolf.”

Wait, this guy plans to keep him as a pet? Steve quickly backed away from the other person. This guy has lost his mind.

"Did you know we used to babysit you guys?" Tony continued, ignoring Steve's expression. “Vampires and werewolves used to live happily together.”

“By the way we are your slaves,” he transformed back in response to this. The reason why they have endless wars is because of this. Werewolves were once pets and slaves to vampires. Until they rebelled against it and wanted to be treated as equals. But vampires only saw them as animals.

And if the pets dare to defy their master The only way is to eliminate them all. The beginning of the longest-lasting war and genocide.

“So how bad is it? At least you guys won't have to be hunted down like this. It's like the old lord treated you guys badly like that,” Tony argued back.

Steve gasped. Does this person understand the word freedom? They have souls just like other living things. If I could choose, I would definitely want to live my own life. No matter how difficult it is Who would want to allow one party to control every action? Every decision of their own

“I'd rather die,” Steve said stubbornly.

“Really? Because if you hope to die, you will definitely die. This week is almost over. I told General Ross that I could convince him to change his mind about being a pet. They've got the spikes ready.” Tony looked at him blankly. Everything in his voice and eyes told him that Tony wasn't lying.

Steve hugged himself. The cloak he quickly grabbed and put on when transforming didn't make him feel cold at all. It's probably because it's coldness that comes from inside.

...He's dying...this time for real.

The young man clenched his fist and nodded, “Understood.”

“Do you understand? That's all I understand." Tony huffed. "You're just a kid. Damn it Steve, I don't want to see you die, do you understand? Tell me, what must I do to make you change your mind?”

“Can you...can you let me go?”

“Are you crazy? It's like putting my neck on the line. Stark is really big. But not as big as the Vampire Council.” Tony frowned as if thinking deeply. “They want you to be their slave so everyone can see that vampires are still masters of werewolves...and I don't want you to die. You probably don't want to die, right?"

“Maybe...in a hundred or two hundred years I'll be able to release you. Like accidentally predicting something like this.”

“And during that time I have to be chained up like a house dog?” Steve asked in a high-pitched voice. There was still fear in his heart, although half of him secretly saw that the young vampire's solution was no less good.

"No Steve, what a shame," Tony added quickly when he saw the look on his face. “I mean, you wouldn't be in wolf form. But you must be in human form.”

“Because you can control me,” Steve said with a slight sarcasm in his voice. How is it different from being chained as a house dog?

“Yes, but I won't do it. You see I'm not forcing you anymore. Since then,” Tony was right, he didn't use that tone with Steve anymore. Didn't order anything else after seeing that he had started eating himself.

“And how are they going to keep me from turning into a wolf?” Steve really wanted to know. Since he can change his body at will “Are you going to shoot me or as soon as I start growing hair, ears pop out?”

Tony just smiled. before reaching into the pocket of his long coat The right bag that Steve noticed had his hand buried in it the moment he walked in, like he was thinking about something. What Tony picked out made Steve want to cry. Why do you say he's not a house dog?

“Collar,” Steve raised his voice. The boy immediately backed away from the other person.

“It won't be tied to a rope or anything. But this cannot control you from changing your body. And if you wear it, the only person who can take it off is me.”

Steve stared blankly at the collar in Tony's hand. Tony said it wasn't tied to a rope or anything. But what it's tied to is his freedom. He would never be able to transform as long as he had that one. And he...Steve's eyes flickered up to the young vampire...how much could he trust this person? Steve took a deep breath. Tony didn't sweat it.

The heart is not beating faster than normal. He wasn't lying to Steve...or he had such amazing control over his body.

Tony tossed the collar towards him. The sound of metal hitting the floor echoed in this quiet room.

“This is your choice. Tomorrow Ross and his soldiers will come and take you away, little one. If you weren't my pet then I can't protect you anymore.”

“So what do you get out of this?” Steve asked bluntly. He didn't understand. Tony said he wanted a puppy, but he wouldn't have one. He would be like the servant boy who followed Tony. And he was sure that the Stark vampire family already had hundreds of young servants.

Tony pursed his lips, "I've redeemed myself."

Steve wanted to say that his life alone was nothing compared to the hundreds of werewolves the Starks had killed. Incomparable to his entire clan. But the other person had already walked away. Leaving Steve to decide between life...and freedom.

“Ross called me.” Tony opened the door and entered the room. before stopping when he saw Steve standing in the middle of the room He knew why the other person was acting like that because he was in human form. And he put Tony's collar on.

Last night was the hardest decision of his life. But he didn't want to die. Not at all. So he chose to believe the man who was known as his enemy. Choose the path with light at the end of the tunnel. Just a hundred and two hundred years It didn't last long at all. He will be an adult and then he will be free.

“He said you had to lock it into my neck,” Steve said softly.

Tony cleared his throat and came closer. then knelt down in front of him The other person's face looked up at him searchingly. before reaching up to his neck. Slender fingers touched the lock part. It's a code that only the person knows. When he finished, the collar was firmly locked on his neck, not uncomfortable, but more like a reminder of who he was.

“Might have to make more of this one. You will grow bigger every year.”

With that, he stood up and held out his hand for Steve to shake.

“Let's get out of here. I promise I won't let anyone do anything to you.”

Steve took a deep breath and shook the other hand. After today, he would be the first werewolf in hundreds of years to live among vampires.

Tony kept every promise he made. The young man protected him from any vampires who could attack him. The Stark family's heir even threatened a higher-ranked vampire. If that person dared to even think about harming Steve. And even though he didn't have anyone here except Tony, he felt like it was home.

Throughout the period of more than seventy years Tony hasn't changed...only the wrinkles around his eyes have increased with age. Steve once asked Tony why he still ages at the same speed as Steve. He didn't quite understand the answer, but it was something like vampires can choose how long they stay young. And for Tony

He wanted to keep growing up with Steve. Therefore, he allowed his physical condition to change over the course of seventy years. Even though it's not necessary at all.

“I want to be able to call you my little one forever. Funny, right, Steve?”

And he was never chained. Except only once, really.

...When he was in heat for the first time...

Steve felt hot all over. He's been like this for a few days now. Symptoms similar to having a fever Instead, it was a fever that came from within him. And in fact, he had never been sick. Werewolves don't have any diseases that normal humans do.

“You look awful, Steve,” Tony even said while they were out on the town for a meeting with investors. Vampires don't get rich by staying long alone. But they still spend money on acquisitions and manage them efficiently. The profits from those investments continue to lead them to a comfortable life.

"Don't touch me," Steve said angrily at Tony, who put his hand on his forehead. The other person hurriedly retracted his hand and fled. He had to raise his hand to cover his mouth, shocked that he'd said such a thing. The whole time he was never rude to Tony.

Tony narrowed his eyes, his black eyes flashing red. As he always saw when Tony was upset. The young man hurriedly apologized. But his master reached out his hand and grabbed it. As soon as he touched his body His whole body screamed at him to block the other person's hand. Right now, no one could touch him except one person...

Someone he didn't even know who he was.

His whole body was on fire. And before he could say anything, his consciousness blacked out.

When Steve opened his eyes again he was no longer in the city. He was back in his room in Stark Castle's fortress. Each vampire family is separate. There were only clan heads and vampire servants in each fortress. They only meet for important meetings.

The young man looked around. intending to find his master He had to thank Tony for bringing him back here. But when consciousness gradually returned What followed was intense heat in the body. He tore the clothes from his body. It annoys him. His skin was extremely sensitive. What exactly happened? Steve asked himself.

He's never been like this. When his hand moved to touch the waistband of his pants, he noticed that his core was responding strongly… It had never been like this before… He had always been in control. There was only one time in a werewolf's life that he lost control of his own body.

Steve's eyes widened in shock as he thought about it.

"rut"

As for werewolves, they can only choose a mate once. And will be the same person for the rest of my life. Of course, they can have sex like normal humans. But if during the period called heat (

Heat)

And the only person who can feel it must be his partner. Normally, before the first time something like this happened. Werewolves release pheromones to attract mates. And during this time, it is a time for couples to help relieve the passion in each other's bodies. But because Steve is in vampire territory. His pheromones have no effect on vampires.

And around here, there probably wouldn't be any werewolves who dared come nearby.

Simply put, he had to endure this moment alone... which was crazy. Their bodies were not made to go through times like this alone. He must go outside. He had to run to his mate. Even though he didn't know where he was, it was better than letting this heat burn his body.

The door opened as Steve tried to use his hands to pull the collar free. Know that it is made from extremely durable materials. Maybe if it had been the first collar Tony had put on him when he was a skinny boy, with his strength he could have ripped it off now. But not with this new, completely black collar.

“What are you going to do?” a voice shouted in shock. A well-built figure rushed to the bed and tried to stop his hand.

“You're going to hurt yourself, Steve. That collar can't be taken off!” Tony yelled. He was hot and hurt from every touch Tony had. And he really wanted to go find his partner. Or anyone can make his body stop this suffering.

“Tony, you have to let go of me,” Steve said, gathering himself. With that, he moved away from Tony to the other side of the bed. He saw the pain on Tony's face as he moved away and said those words. The young vampire was silent and didn't answer, as if waiting for him to explain further.

“I have to get out of here, Tony. I'm in the heat. And I need my partner or I'm going to die.” Steve's voice pleaded through his eyes.

“Your mate?” Tony repeated before the young vampire's face changed from pain to anger in the blink of an eye. Maybe if his brain wasn't tired from all this madness, he would understand why Tony was angry at him.

“Your partner,” Tony shouted through gritted teeth. "Are you going to leave me for your mate? Who is she? How did you secretly meet her?" Tony said, squeezing Steve's shoulder.

“Fuck off, don't touch me, Tony.” Steve bit his lip as pain shot through his entire body. Not from the force of Tony's squeeze. But it is from the law of nature. He raised his hand and violently slapped the other's hand. I know Tony must be hurt. But he wanted Tony to let go of him now.

“It would hurt me a lot if the person touching me wasn't my partner.”

Tony raised his hand and looked as if he couldn't believe Steve's words.

“I'm not lying. And I didn't even know who my partner was. I've never met another werewolf. But you have to let me go I'll have to go find her. And I promise I will come back.”

The young vampire said nothing but stood up and quickly walked out of the room. Steve tried to run after him but Tony closed the door before he could reach the other person. The sound of the lock from outside made him realize that he had no choice but to break it. If you can't change your body He will go out with this whole body.

Although human form travels more slowly than wolf form, But he still had the chance to meet other werewolves. Not like here where the chance is zero.

The young man slammed his fists against the walls and doors repeatedly. The structure here was heavily designed so his strength was not enough to cause him to flinch. Steve threw himself beside the door, exhausted. He had a pounding headache. And the heat inside still increased until it was almost unbearable.

The sound of the door opening came from the other side. Steve moved quickly. Waiting with hope Maybe Tony will change his mind. Tony was never mean to him. But when he saw a thin figure walking in with something, he had to change his mind.

“Chains, why did you bring them?” Steve asked, trying to back away from Tony. Looking at the open door But then the door closed completely without using hands. Everything here is lifelike and responds to the owner's every need.

...except for him...

“You have to stay here, Steve. I can't let you go.”

Steve gasped. “Wha...why?” He backed up from his back to the wall. As the other person walked closer and closer. Although he was taller than Tony, he knew he could never match the young vampire's strength. But it wasn't that he really shouldn't try, right? Steve clenched his fists.

"Don't do anything stupid, Steve," Tony said sternly. Brown eyes slowly turned red.

“I told you to stop.”

But Steve's body refused to obey that command. Yes, if this time He is not dependent on anyone. No one but his partner could command him. The young man used his strength to push his boss until he fell. He had to escape. He had to escape. In Steve's head, that was all he thought. His body that was not supposed to change now had long claws growing out of his hands.

But he still couldn't change his body completely. Steve swept his claws at the target. But another person was able to escape in time.

"Steve, stop, I don't want to hurt you," Tony yelled. But it seemed like it was coming from so far away. His consciousness was being sucked back inside. Satchayan came out instead.

Steve bared his teeth at the other person.

"You're going to do that, right?" Tony said, letting his fangs grow back. Before biting his own wrist, Steve recoiled. Tony's powers aside from the strength and speed of a normal vampire, he also had the ability to control blood. Red liquid moved from Tony's wrist. Covering the whole body like armor

It was supposed to be liquid but Tony could control its density and strength at will.

But instead, Tony let the blood surge to hurt him like Steve saw it do to Tony's enemies. Instead, the young vampire used it to cover the entire room. He was determined not to let Steve escape. He felt so helpless that he didn't know what to do.

Steve made the decision in the blink of an eye to run and attack Tony. But even if the other person had spent a lot of blood making his room like a prison, But Tony still had enough blood left to fend off Steve's punches. Because he was sure his fist would slam into Tony's face. Which he would normally never be able to do if he was in this mode.

But Tony didn't draw back his own blood. The young man brushed his cheek from being punched and narrowed his eyes at him. Tony stops using blood to protect himself. He took Steve's punch. But a punch won't do anything to a vampire. Tony used straight blood to bind his wrists instead. And before he knew it, his wrists were bound together in Tony's blood.

Steve was breathing heavily. Prepare to receive punishment for hurting your boss. Maybe if Tony just killed him he wouldn't have to suffer his body's intense desires. But Tony had other ideas. Without a word, he walked over and tied the chain to Steve's sheath. Steve tried to read the young man's expression, but it didn't show anything.

As soon as Tony's hand touched his throat, His whole body ached as if thousands of needles were being stabbed at the same time. His expression made the other person clench his jaw and give in. Tony shifted his grip on the chain instead. then yanked it hard Steve fell to the ground. Tony commanded his blood to connect the chain to the pillar in the center of the room.

"You...you promised you wouldn't do this," Steve tried to sound soft. He still didn't give up trying to pull the chain free. But his power was becoming less and less. The heat in his body seemed to swallow up everything, including his consciousness and energy. He felt weak in his hands. and without strength like never before

Tony didn't answer, but knelt down to Steve's level. He couldn't help but think of the first time he met Tony. The other person had to kneel at that time because he was still just a petite kid, not even taller than Tony's waist. But now it was because he was chained to sit on the ground like an animal.

“Just one week. Wait for it to go away.” Steve knew what Tony was talking about. But it won't go away. because he will die first He had never heard of a werewolf that could make it through this time without a partner. And he probably said it out loud. Because Tony pursed his lips.

“Yes, you can, you can, Steve. You must get through this. And if you can't do it, I have help.” Tony finished and lifted the syringe. Then he poked Steve's neck. Just the blink of an eye He felt like his whole body was heavy.

“Sleep well, sweetheart.” That voice was the last thing he heard.

That was one of the most painful weeks. He was unconscious most of the time. I woke up and screamed from the heat burning my body. There was a time when he couldn't restrain himself. Steve uses his hands to masturbate. I don't even know if Tony is still in that room. But he doesn't care anymore. He had to do something.

Then he lost consciousness again.

Sometimes he felt someone's cold hand touching him. Before that touch turned into pain the next second.

“How do you feel?” The voice was faint, as if very far away. Steve tried to open his heavy eyes. But it's so hard

“Bruce said it should be over by now,” the voice was strained and full of concern. Steve wanted to say something, tell the owner of the voice that he was okay. Don't make that sound.

A cold hand touched his cheek again. Steve tried to move away. But he stopped when it didn't hurt him anymore. The young man buried his face in his hand instead. The hand of someone he was so familiar with.

A deep intake of breath from above him told him that the owner of the hand was also shocked that he didn't move away. Another hand was boldly placed on his hair. He gently stroked it when he saw that he didn't show any disgust.

“Thankfully it's over. If I see you moaning every time I touch you, you will definitely kill someone.”

Steve wanted to say something. But he didn't even have the strength to move his mouth or open his eyes. His consciousness gradually darkened little by little again. While the other person continued to talk. He fell into a deep sleep again before he could finish listening to the other person speak.

“You're still unconscious. That's good, because I don't want to say it in front of you. It doesn't matter to me at all. I couldn't keep my promise to you at all. I'm the one who hurt you. Put a chain on you even though I said I wouldn't. And...and in this life I don't know if I can let you go or not, I don't know. I…”

When he woke up again Steve was lying on the bed. And the person next to him was Bruce Banner, the Stark family doctor, who gave him a forced smile. and explains that Tony ordered him to create a drug that would stop Steve from going into heat again. At least as long as this injection is given. Bruce says he won't force Steve to get the shot.

But Steve knew that the medicine was the best solution as long as he was here.

Steve nodded and held out his arm to Bruce. It's an indication that he agrees.

"Uh, Tony, how are you?"

"What do you mean, mind or body?" Bruce asked back. The other's question left him confused.

“I punched him when I...I tried to escape. I'm not saving too much," Steve said in a subtle reply. He wanted to know if Tony was seriously hurt because of him. Even though vampires shouldn't be a big deal. But he still couldn't help but be worried.

"Oh," Bruce trailed off. “It's okay. It's just a little bit of skin. It's not painful or itchy. That doctor has other matters.” He finished speaking and looked up at Steve as if trying to convey something. “It hurts more.”

Steve wasn't sure he wanted to continue asking. Because of the truth, until now he could guess a bit. That Tony's story must have something to do with him. Although I'm not quite sure what it's related to.

After that Tony treated him strangely. Suddenly it became more physical. It wasn't that Tony normally didn't like hugging him. But now it's happening all the time. Wherever he went Tony held his hand. Even though he stopped doing that when he was old enough to protect himself from other vampires. Tony was obsessed with developing a collar strong enough to keep him from falling off.

Build the Stark empire so large that no werewolf would appear within hundreds of miles.

And most importantly...those eyes...that followed him, devoured him, possessed him.

...and made him shake all the time...

Tony noticed that his Steve tensed at his response. ‘I am yours alone.’ It made him want to shake the tall figure in front of him and shout, asking why he had to tense up. Why be afraid of him? He is the only person in the world who would ever hurt Steve.

But it's not just today. Steve has been unusually quiet lately. It's like he's thinking about something. Perhaps the tall figure liked to sit atop the castle and look out over the Stark borders. Passing through the dense forest that surrounded outside Do you really want to leave me, Steve? Tony really wanted to ask that question. But he's afraid of the answer.

If Steve said yes, what would he do? He knew from the first fifty years that the little boy had grown into a beautiful young man, both physically and mentally, that he would never be able to let go of his beautiful wolf.

...And Steve had also promised him that he would never leave him...A small voice in Tony's heart rang out. Steve's promise to him and he treasured it as his most precious memory.

"Just...I just want you to stay with me," Tony said softly. I know he is unreasonable. But he never made sense when it came to Steve. He went crazy when he found out that Steve had a partner that wasn't his. He read every werewolf textbook to create an antidote to that condition. It's extremely selfish.

“I understand,” Steve said in his usual polite tone. Something flickered in those eyes. He couldn't read as usual. Steve is good at keeping his feelings at bay. Which isn't surprising. If he grew up in a nest of enemies like this, he must be good at keeping his feelings at bay as well. On the surface, Steve may be smiling, but behind the scenes, Steve probably hates him and everyone in this place.

He would hate it too if the person he said was the one who killed his parents.

Tony opened his mouth, wanting a promise from Steve. But the alarm sounded throughout the castle. The footsteps of the soldiers rushed around. Tony quickly grabbed Steve's hand and led him to the safe room. Tony would never let Steve out if there was a fight between werewolves and vampires. He wasn't ready to see Steve choose.

"Stay in here, don't come out," Tony ordered another person and closed the door to the room. Steve will be safe. Tony thought to himself before letting his fangs grow out. He dug his fangs into his wrist. Red blood slowly floated out from the bite. Don't surround yourself like a shield. He knew what his nickname was... Red Devil... was the most appropriate one.

And now this demon was ready for the battlefield.

No one has dared invade this place in ten years, Steve thought to himself as he hurriedly turned on the monitor. The entire castle was in chaos. He understood why Tony had brought him here every time it happened. Because in all honesty, if Steve had to choose, I'm not sure he would choose to help Tony in the end.

Or friends of the tribe?

He wasn't lying when he told Tony that he understood. Because...he didn't want to let go of Tony either. He may not be the one who shows up. But he needed Tony no less than Tony needed him. To him, Tony was the only home he knew. His tribe was destroyed the day he was captured.

He has no one left. I'm not even sure how many werewolves are left. If as Tony said General Ross used every means to destroy the wolves. Until there was almost only King T'Challa's tribe left. The Stark family withdrew from the frontline long ago. He remembered the night Tony had decided to withdraw all of the Stark soldiers.

A young vampire entered his room. Then I sat and stroked his hair for a long time. Before opening his mouth to confess that he couldn't do it anymore.

“I saw them and I thought of you. Just the thought of hurting you is weak," Tony said softly. "It probably won't fix anything I've done in the past. But at least...I didn't kill any more people.”

But it didn't end easily. After all, Stark killed so many werewolves. Stark Castle continues to be attacked. Was it lucky that he didn't have to worry too much about Tony? Knowing that his boss will never be okay. Tony's abilities protect him from most types of harm. As long as Tony isn't hurt.

His blood would be enough to protect Tony.

...but I'm not very worried...that doesn't mean I'm not worried at all...

Steve thought as he tried to spot the red figure. Finally he saw Tony is fighting a large black wolf. There is a large scar on his front leg. Something about that wolf felt strangely familiar to Steve.

He didn't know what it was until the camera clearly captured the black wolf's eyes. Steve immediately stood up. His hand covered his mouth in shock. He had to go out there. Now that's his friend.

“Bucky,” Steve said the name of his childhood friend who he thought would die along with his tribe. Oh no, Bucky would never be able to defeat Tony. Steve looked around for the other wolf. But why does it seem like there's only one Bucky? They attack in this pack. Steve ran to the door. Use all your strength to destroy it. and immediately ran straight to the courtyard in front of the castle

When he arrived, Bucky was chased until he reached the edge of the forest. Silver arrows from within the castle fence periodically rained down on the werewolves. Money can harm both vampires and werewolves. But it is more severe with wolves. Vampires only feel pain when money cuts into their blood, but for wolves, the pain is almost unbearable just from the touch.

Bucky bared his teeth, threatening Tony. Black fur stained with blood There were scars all over his body. They both turned to look at Steve, who was running at full speed. He saw that Tony suddenly stopped. The young vampire rushed back to him. It wasn't something that rushed to keep blood from him. Oh my gosh, he didn't want Tony to risk himself to protect him.

“Don't help me,” Steve yelled, eyes still on Bucky. Hopefully the other person wouldn't use this opportunity to hurt Tony.

“Why are you out?” Tony yelled at him as they ran into each other. Bucky stood still, looking at him. Steve was sure the other person would recognize him.

Steve doesn't answer Tony. But ran straight towards Bucky. He heard Tony shout out loudly to stop him. But he had to know. Steve stopped in front of the black wolf. then asked softly “Buck, is that you?” He felt his voice tremble. God, he didn't think he'd ever meet another member of the pack in his entire life.

The black wolf was silent. before licking Steve's hand It is a signal of yes. before opening her mouth and lightly biting his hand. And then it was like trying to drag him in another direction.

“Steve,” Tony shouted from behind. Steve quickly looked back. He had to explain to Tony.

"Can you let him go, Tony?" Steve asked pleadingly. Ready to stop and stand in front of Bucky's body. “He...he's my only family left.” Even from a distance, he could clearly see the pain in Tony's eyes. He really hated himself for hurting Tony because of him.

"Step back," Tony ordered sternly. With a direct step in

“And do you know who this crazy dog is? And what has it done?”

Steve glanced at the black wolf with a fierce expression. He doesn't know. But I can guess. Bucky always said he wanted to take down vampires.

"So aren't your hands stained with blood?" Steve asked.

Tony bared his teeth. eyes turn red Steve waited for a command that would make him stop. Damn it, he's so useless.

“Get away, Buck,” Steve shouted as he lunged at Tony. Hopefully it can delay time by a second or two. His fist touched Tony's bloody armor. There's no effect at all. It only makes the other person angrier than before.

“You have no idea what that bastard did,” Tony shouted in his face. “And damn, I'm going to kill him. Do you know how long I've been looking for this, Steve? Fifty full years.”

Steve freezes. Fifty years ago? He swallowed thickly, probably not.

“Oh, now you remember what happened fifty years ago. And the wound on Mr. Nie's family's leg I left it to myself after it tore my mother's heart out.”

“It's a war, Tony.” And you guys killed his parents too. Steve asked, wanting to continue talking. But there is no reason to blame each other. In war everyone always loses.

“In front of me, Steve. In front of me!” Tony gritted his teeth. The young vampire looked like he wanted to kill someone. Steve closed his eyes. Waiting for a fist or something to slam into his body. But it didn't come.

“Go back, Steve. You will never be able to protect him.” With that, Tony ran into the forest in the direction Bucky had gone. But Steve wasn't one to give up easily. The young man thought to himself. He picked up the silver bow that was scattered around and put it in his pocket. Just holding his hand hurt like a cut. But this was his only weapon.

When he couldn't transform Stealing the pain, Steve got up and ran after Tony and Bucky.

He has decided If he caught that puppy, he would tear its body into pieces. At first, I thought that just killing it quickly would be merciful. But this...Tony thought about what had just happened in front of him. Steve ran in to protect it. The crazy dog that killed his father and mother. This is why he captured Steve and locked him in a safe all the time.

It hurt so much to know that in the end he would not be able to fight against the bloodline of a wolf.

If someone other than Steve had blocked him while fighting like this, he would have died. But just the thought of hurting Steve...his hands trembled. Why can't he go down? Although today is the closest.

What will he do after this? Steve might never forgive him for killing the doctor's only remaining family. He would not be able to see the wide smile that made those beautiful eyes sparkle. Can't hear laughter and the stories Steve told him every day There might be only hate left.

Just thinking about it made his stomach churn.

But he had made up his mind.

What the heck, no matter what, he couldn't possess Steve. That stubborn wolf would never belong to him in body or mind. But at least he has a body, right? Probably had to make the castle gate stronger again. He didn't tell Steve that he was fortifying the castle. Not just to protect against intruders

But it also keeps the insiders out. That's right, he made Stark Castle like Steve's prison.

I told you, what a waste. After all, he was only doing things that made Steve hate him.

Tony followed the trail of blood until he reached a large square. When he saw completely black fur He immediately pounced and attacked it. But that bastard wouldn't give up easily. It opened its mouth and bit him until it reached his arm. Sharp teeth pierced his wrist. Tony slammed his fist into its jaw. Make him have to release him. Tony had to draw back some of his blood to heal. That bastard's teeth are sharp.

"You're not going to die," Tony swore. He ran in and attacked again. But it still eluded him. It also scratched his leg when he gathered his blood energy to attack it instead.

But he still had the advantage. Tony can fight without hand-to-hand combat. Even though some of the blood had to be used to repair injured parts, it was still enough to fight. It's more than enough. Tony charged again. But this time, the force of the blow from behind made him face down. Someone pressed his body to the ground.

“Let him go.”

Oh shit, Steve, Tony gritted his teeth. The last person he wanted to be in trouble. He should have ordered him back into the castle right then. Right now, he doesn't have enough power to transform into his full form and command Steve. When he had to both control the blood And still treats injuries

Tony ordered his blood to slam into Steve's body. Strong enough to knock another person away. But not enough to hurt...I mean really hurt.

“Told you not to mess around, Steve,” Tony shouted, pulling the other man up. Hesitating whether he should knock Steve unconscious or not.

“You just let him go.”

“I don't know what I'll get after letting it go. It's like you can go back to your flock.”

“But you promised---”

“Oh, so I might let you go, Steve? I lied, do you understand? You can't go anywhere.”

The sound of something being dragged through the grass. Tony's mouth lifted. I told you he had an advantage. He could command his blood to follow that dog. And now it's been dragged back here. Well, then it will die right in front of his eyes right here.

Steve turned around and his blue eyes widened as he saw the body of a pitch-black wolf being dragged into him. He said something softly.

...Must be that wolf's name...Tony thought painfully to himself. Because he had always thought that that voice was the only voice Steve used to call his name. A voice that says how worried he is

And then he accidentally got it. Because in the blink of an eye, Steve had punched him before flipping over and straddling him. He couldn't use his blood to protect himself. So he was hit by Steve's punch. But it didn't hurt that much.

...less than his heart...

“You really can't let him go?”

“That bastard killed my mother,” Tony shouted in Steve's face. “Both father and mother as well. It's all alone. Are you crazy for me to let it go?”

Steve looked at him with sad eyes. He didn't know what Steve was thinking about doing. However, now Steve had no way out. To hurt Tony But he still ordered his blood to crush that bastard.

But then he saw...Steve's trick...he should have known that his puppy wasn't stupid after all. Steve took out a silver bow from his pocket. That's right, if he dies Did Steve plan to kill him? Even if he actually died, he didn't think he would be in any more pain than this. The last person in the world he thought would hurt him. And the only person in the world that Tony would die to protect. ...and he will really die.

But it's not his heart. The point where the arrow landed was an artery in the upper arm. It was so firmly planted that he couldn't move. The poison of money makes him weak. But he won't die. His blood immediately rushed back to his body. It was a self-preservation mechanism that he could not control.

Steve pulled away from above him. Blue eyes were moist, like someone about to cry. The young man fished out his cell phone from his pocket and dialed a number before tossing it onto Tony's body. He saw Natasha's name flash, Steve called his unit leader. Natasha must have followed the signal from the phone.

The tall figure bent down and mumbled a soft apology. He doesn't want it at all. I don't want it at all. Tony wanted to yell and curse. I wanted to tell Steve what a mistake he was making. But all he could do was lie down and wait for help. While the other person carried the body of a black wolf, he walked away until he was out of sight.

He wasn't sure how long he lay still. The sound of someone's footsteps made Tony turn around and look at the source of the sound. Then he let out a sigh of relief when the person who appeared was a red-haired woman in a black dress, Natasha.

“Do you know how strange it is to not see you talk?” Natasha looked at him blankly. It was as if getting a silver arrow stuck in his arm wasn't a big deal at all. If it were a normal vampire, it would already be dead. Tony wanted to shout. But just staying still caused his whole body to hurt. He had to conserve his energy.

The girl walked over and pulled out her bow. and picked him up

“Is it Steve's work?” She looked at the bright red blood staining the bow shaft. Tony nodded. Steve must have suffered quite a bit from just holding that bow. The skin was cut into a wound. The pain continued for I don't know how many more days. With E, just make him stop.

“I warned you that your little dog hides its fangs.” She led him to a four-wheeled vehicle parked nearby.

Tony clenched his teeth. Big fangs too. When there is no arrow His wounds were slowly healing. The silver still made him weak. But he had stopped bleeding.

“Bruce must have given you a lot of blood. Plus, it looks like I'll be sleeping in a cot for a long time,” the woman said as she stepped through the trees. Straight into the castle area

"No, I have work to do," Tony said sternly.

“What kind of work? When you say something like this, Pepper will die of joy. You still want to work when you're dying like this.” Pepper is the personal secretary who takes care of business for the Stark family. She constantly complains to him that he spends more time on his beloved pets and hobbies than managing the family property.

"What's the job of following my pet home?"

Natasha sighed heavily. “And do you think he'll come back easily? I watched the tape and what he said. What do you hope he chooses you instead of being the only one left in his pack? Hello wolf, do you know? They live in herds in groups. And don't forget that it was you who killed his flock.

I'm surprised he didn't bring this up in your face.”

“I hope he never forgets my gratitude for keeping him from dying. I am the person who raised him for a hundred years, and I---” is his family. But he knew Steve didn't think so. “It's a good thing you didn't bring it up, otherwise I would've just responded that I should have just let him die, you ungrateful person.”

“That wolf he was protecting killed my father and mother. Do you know about that?”

The girl parked the car and turned to look at him.

“Stark, seriously. I'm sorry about your parents. But what Steve said was right. It's a war, understand that, Stark? People are dying. You have to see them die in front of you. It's true that it's hard to accept. But seriously, have you ever met anyone in this damn war who didn't lose anyone? Then avenge each other and avenge each other, what will be gained? I came to work with you because you were the first tribe to withdraw from the war. So what happened?”

“I didn't go back to war. I just have to kill that fatherless son of a bitch. And I don't care what I get. I have seen it die.”

“Ah, you are satisfied. But let me tell you, if you do this time, you will really lose Steve.”

Tony laughed and turned to the woman.

“Do I still have him now?”

Tony looked at the ceiling of the hospital room. Bruce is tending his wound. Then he gave blood to replace blood that had been poisoned by money. Tony wasn't paying any attention to what Bruce was saying. He thought of Steve...and his hands clenched into fists.

"Does it hurt?" Bruce asked quickly.

"No," Tony quickly denied. But the knowing look in Bruce's eyes told him that his best friend, the doctor, knew that Tony was missing someone.

“Be quiet, don't speak, don't want to hear. If you want to talk, go talk outside.” He stopped him before his best friend had a chance to open his mouth. causing the young doctor to sigh

"Oh, you can't talk."

“I know you want to say that I thought about it. Take the enemy The result must come out like this.”

“No, what I want to say is that you stop thinking about doing stupid things. Like go get Steve back. and go and kill his friend.”

"Natasha told you?" Tony glanced over. It is enough to know that these two people are especially close. Which is very strange, a peaceful vampire like Bruce and a vampire who can kill people with just the blink of an eye like Natasha. I don't know how and when we liked each other.

...but there's probably no other couple as strange as him...a vampire and a werewolf.

“No, looking at your face I can guess that you're planning to do something stupid. And the only stupid thing right now is to go and kill his friends. Steve really left you this time. And I can't cure a vampire's broken heart.”

“Why does everyone talk like that doctor hasn't left me yet? Do we still have Steve in the castle without me knowing? Is that guy going to come out of the closet one day and yell at me like a gecko?” Tony asked.

“Didn't he kill you even though he had the chance? Just stick the bow five inches and you'll be in trouble. Plus, he called Natasha and asked her to look for you from the cell phone signal.”

Tony clenched his fists. Then he wondered. There was no easy chance of getting rid of him.

“He's not actually here. But that doesn't mean he really wants to leave, right? Don't you realize how much Steve cares about you? In the past when you went to fight and came back injured. He's the one who always sleeps over you, even if you don't leave him,” Bruce said with a smile.

“And I never thought of Steve as an enemy. That kid...thinks of us as family. I think of him as family too. And even if we don't live together But isn't there a bond that can't be severed? But if you go after his friend, you will cut it down with your own hands.”

Tony pursed his lips. There was something these two didn't know. He thought he might have severed that bond. He still remembered the look Steve gave him when he confessed that he never intended to let Steve go. Those eyes looked like he was a traitor or something. It hurt so much, since Steve had actually promised it to him.

Tony closed his eyes and let the images flash through his memory.

He had never felt so hopeless before. In one night he lost both his parents. And he was still responsible for being the head of the Stark family even though he wasn't even two hundred years old. A very young child compared to other vampires. Tony looked at the blood still in his fingernails. He didn't even have a chance to wash himself. As soon as Obadia

Stan saw that both House Stark heads had breathed their last and melted into ash in the air. He rushed Tony, who was still in shock, to the vampire council. to appoint him as the next head of state immediately

Tony closed his eyes, he didn't even have the chance to hug his mother's corpse. Her body turned to ashes before his eyes. He tried to catch the flying dust. But it quickly dissipated into thin air. As for the vampires, they never regretted not being able to say goodbye. Because most of them had been together for so long that they had already said everything that was on their minds.

But not for him Tony was shaking all over. He wasted time escaping himself. He didn't want to be treated like a royal. He talks meanly to his parents. It wasn't until a few years ago that he came to terms with it. Well, how could he hate being a Stark? Since it was the thing that opened the way for him to become the owner of that adorable wolf.

Tony's heart ached. Will he still be able to look at Steve the same way? After all, the person who killed his parents was of the same race as his wolf. He didn't know either. The young man opened the door and entered the bedroom. But before he even closed the door Steve ran over and hugged him tightly. The young boy grew up from before. He was now almost as tall as Tony.

"Pepper told me," was all Steve said. Tony had an idea of what Pepper was saying. No one dared to hug him like this. Everyone always looked at him with fear. Tony buried his nose in the hair of the man who still had his face buried in his chest. A hand grabbed another's body and hugged him tightly. At least there's still one person left here. his family

Steve is not the enemy. Steve is family He was so stupid to think otherwise.

"I'm sorry," Steve said softly, his bright blue eyes looking up at him full of sympathy and understanding. Tony felt a pain in his chest. Yes, Steve must understand. Because the young boy had also seen his parents die in front of him... at the hands of his own kind.

Would Steve feel the same way he did then? The feeling of wanting to burn the whole world to pieces. I want to tear down everything in my path. and want to shout and scream repeatedly

“Tony,” Steve raised a hand to his face. Steve's hands were always warm. This was his favorite part of Steve. Because a vampire like him had no warmth left in his body. But Steve...there was still warm blood flowing throughout his body.

“You can cry.”

Tony laughed softly. “Vampires can't cry.” They have no tears. Which is appropriate for a race that was created to kill and destroy only.

“Oh, you guys have no tears. But that doesn't mean I can't cry a little,” Steve said, still hugging Tony without letting go. Tony tried to laugh. But what escaped his throat was a sob instead. He buried his face in soft, golden hair. Even though his eyes were completely dry, he was definitely crying. He let every regret flow through his body.

The whole time, Steve didn't let go of his warm embrace.

"Don't ever leave me again, Steve," Tony said softly.

Those small arms tightened around his body. “I won't leave you, Tony. You said you'd protect me I will protect you too.”

"I promise," Tony's mouth quirked up slightly. He was still deeply sad. But he was no longer alone. It didn't matter if that person promised it out of the duties of a slave or something else. But it was a promise that came out of Steve's mouth.

Steve nodded.

“Stop acting like a dog.”

Steve turned to look at the source of the voice. A tall young man with black hair walked up to him.

“Just thinking about old times.”

Bucky rolled his eyes at him. “I understand, guys. You think he's going crazy. I feel guilty for leaving him. So why don't you go back to him?”

“He has to learn to let me go,” Steve said simply. “He must learn that we are not slaves.”

“I don't think he thought of you as a slave. His face when you ran here I thought he was going to have a heart attack.”

“But he never thought of letting me go. He never thought of giving me a choice.”

Bucky made a displeased noise in his throat before asking.

“It wasn't just him who wouldn't let go. If you want to give yourself a choice Why are you still wearing that damn collar? T'Challa already told me he could take it off."

Steve raised his hand to touch his collar. He already has the answer. But he wasn't sure that was the answer Bucky wanted to hear. Because he is bringing enemies into this Wakanda tribe. Even though T'Challa says he's ready for battle.

Tony looked at the blue dots on the phone screen. It should be around here, signal.

GPS

Said his collar should be here. That's right, in addition to making the collar strong, he also wore a tracking device. Hey, is he being paranoid? And then look, in the end, did you actually use it?

"Or took it off already," Tony cursed.

“Not yet.” There was the sound of rustling leaves and a tall figure walked out and stopped in front of Tony. On a moonlit night like this, it reflected on Steve's hair so that it looked like another person had circles around his head. He should have seen it from the beginning. How distraught must he be?

"Can't you take it off?" Tony asked, grinning.

Steve shakes his head. “I don't take it off. Because I know you will follow me from this one.”

"So, what's the plan?" Tony tensed up immediately. Raise your claws and ready to attack.

“There's no plan, Tony. And I came alone, unarmed,” Steve said, raising his hand as if to say he really wasn't armed. The other person's right hand was still wrapped in cloth. Blood still seeped out in red spots.

How much pain must you have, Steve? Tony asked himself in his mind. in order to help him Thinking about it hurts a lot.

“I came to negotiate.”

"You don't have anything I want," Tony forced a smile, lying to his face. It was Steve himself that he wanted more than anything. But if it was just a heartless body...he didn't know that he would be able to do it.

“I...I can let you avenge your father and mother.”

Tony crossed his arms over his chest, "In exchange for what?"

“In exchange for you stopping looking for T'Challa's Wakanda tribe. Tell the council.” Seeing the questioning look in Tony's eyes, Steve continued to explain.

“They love Santi Tony. They have never attacked you before.”

“Even if I can stop the council, it won't stop the war.”

Steve sighed, “I know, but it's a start, right? Someone must have started to stop. Do you still want us to return to slavery? It's been over a thousand years, Tony."

“You guys are dangerous, animals,” Tony said in response as he had been taught.

“And do you believe that?” Steve asked back. “To you, I'm an animal too, right? If you think so, good. Things would be easier.” The other man's sad smile made Tony's chest ache. It hadn't stopped hurting since Steve disappeared. He thought that seeing another person's face would make this madness lessen a bit.

But it isn't like that at all. His heart still hurts like his heart is being squeezed by someone.

“Aren't you going to ask me how I can get you to avenge your parents?”

"I don't want to know, because the only way I can do that is if I have to rip out your friend's heart."

Steve moved closer to him. “He wasn't the one who killed your parents. That person is me." Tony froze, crazy. "Bucky did it to find me. He heard that the Starks might take me. So he secretly followed your father. Until your father's bodyguards caught him. That's why that happened."

“So the cause is me.”

Tony hurriedly backed up. What is Steve proposing? At that moment, he remembered Natasha's words. No one doesn't lose. And if he didn't stop, he would really lose Steve.

“Kill me and forget Bucky. Forget about the war.”

Tony is shocked, is Steve willing to die? Are you willing to die for that doctor? For someone other than him Why not him? Even though...even though if it were the other way around, he would really do anything for Steve. No matter how many people you betray, he will do it.

"Why?" Tony asked, his voice shaking.

“Why?” he shouted in the other person's face.

“Are you willing to die for him?” He said and his whole body ached. Steve was here, waiting for him, giving his life.

“Yes,” Steve said firmly.

“And for you too.”

Tony laughed like a crazy person. “This is for me. You don't have to pretend to be sweet. I don't see your offer helping me anywhere. Don't lie so brazenly, Steve."

“The Wakanda tribe is indeed peaceful. But they are talented. They have soldiers like Bucky everywhere. Even when you met Bucky alone, you still couldn't handle it, right? Think of thousands of people like that.” Steve gave him a steady look and continued. “And I don't want to see you hurt at all, Tony. I want to protect you

I want to do as much as a person like me can. Even if it means I won't be by your side anymore. At least I can still keep one promise, right?”

Tony closed his eyes, trying to suppress his emotions. Steve remembered, he wasn't the only one who remembered.

"Then why can't you keep every promise?" Tony said, his voice shaking.

“You said you would stay with me forever.”

“Can't you do the same? Promise that you'll let me go Promise not to chain me. Over the course of a person's life, we promise hundreds or thousands of things. But when it comes to choices, we have to choose what's most important, right?” Steve frowned. He raised his hand as if to touch Tony before changing his mind.

“To me, it's important to see that you're safe. More important than myself.”

"I'm sorry we can't be together forever, boss."

Tony steps forward and pulls Steve into a tight hug. The tall figure stood still, letting him do as he pleased. His long nails dug into Steve's back. If only he had ordered it to lengthen until it pierced another person's heart. Take revenge on your father and mother. And forget it all.

“You don't have to protect me. If you're not on my side remember that,” Tony said softly before reaching out and touching his collar. The sensor immediately read his fingerprints. soft clinking sound Let him know the collar has come off.

“Go, go back to your pack. I will not go after the Wakanda tribe. But if your friend crosses into Stark's place again, It won't die this time.” Tony turned his back on the other person. He actually had no tears. But that didn't mean he wanted Steve to see his face when he was crying.

But there was no sound of footsteps walking away. Instead, there was only a warm embrace hugging him from behind.

"No, I won't. If I don't die, I will never leave you."

Tony closed his eyes and turned around. “You just did it. You left me with your friend?" Tony couldn't contain his emotion. He doesn't understand Steve. He has given another person freedom. Promise not to hunt. What else does Steve want from him? Isn't this enough for Tony?

“I didn't leave you. I keep the collar. Waiting for you to come find me.”

Tony sobbed, lifting his hand to Steve's cheek. Pull the other person's forehead to touch his forehead. “I don't understand you at all. I don't understand myself either. You should hate me. And I should hate you. But why does seeing your face make me want to just kneel and beg you to come back to the castle, Steve?”

“I'm freaking out when I'm near you. I'm thinking something unusual. I normally only use my brain. Being near you is like my brain is dead and I use only my heart. And my heart is telling me to do everything for you. You don't have to care about anyone.”

“That's why I have to let you go. I can't be the boss. I can't be near you. Because you don't think the same way at all. It hurts a lot, you know that, Steve? For the past few days, my heart has hurt so much that I don't know what to do.”

"I never thought of you as the boss," Steve said softly, his hand sliding up to touch the nape of Tony's neck.

“You are Tony. He's the person who saved my life. He is the person who gave me a house. It's family....and I've recently realized that you're the person I love too.”

Tony was the one who pulled another into a kiss. But Steve was the one who opened his lips and crushed their lips together. How many decades has he waited for this kiss? Tony asked himself. At least thirty years From the moment Steve was in heat for the first time. That was the first moment he realized that he might be thinking of this young wolf more than just a cute pet.

“Why did you just tell me?”

Steve looked into his eyes. “I'm waiting...waiting for you to give me a choice. Let me be the one to say that I will be on your side. Instead of being bound by contracts or collars.”

Tony hugged Steve's tall figure tightly. “Don't leave me again.”

“I choose to be here with you.”

It might not be the end of the war. They probably haven't fixed anything. But this is the beginning of something. Tony thought about the still long distance ahead of them. He would be the first vampire to treat werewolves as equals. He knew it would be full of thorns. The Stark clan won't just fight werewolves anymore.

But he will be at odds with the vampire council.

But if Steve would be here with him...it would be worth it, right?

The End

Note:

Seriously, I'm in trouble. I avoided writing late at night for many days. Just finished cycling for three hours straight today. He said to do it.

one shot

I've tried to keep it short. I really want to write good short fiction with a tight plot. Keep practicing.
