One morning in Kyosuke's house, sunlight shone into the room of a tall figure, waking him up from his slumber.

“Sigh,” the tall figure named Surugi Kyosuke let out a tired sigh.

“It's been 4 years since that incident,” he said to himself in his bedroom, thinking about his university graduation day.

4 years ago

“Hey, Surugi,” the voice of a young girl named Tenma called affectionately to her boyfriend.

“What is it?” her tall boyfriend replied coldly.

“He's mean, he's bent over.” She puffed at her tall figure and turned away.

“Alright,” the tall man said, causing the other person to be stunned.

"I'm about to get my degree. Let's hurry and go." The little figure changed the subject and stood up.

"That's so cruel. He agreed to talk to me," the tall man said displeasedly.

"I'm not going." The little figure walked over and said.

"You can go." The tall figure followed the small figure.

After the ceremony ends

"Would you like to go on a trip, Tenma?" The tall one invited the small one to go on a trip with a plan to reconcile with his girlfriend.

“You can go,” the little one replied, still confused.

At an intersection near the two people's tourist destination, the traffic light was now green. Cars were driving so fast it was frightening, and one car couldn't brake anymore and crashed into a tall figure and a small figure, but the tall figure moved away. He left first, but the small figure was not pulled in in time and was eventually hit. The entire incident was in the sight of the tall figure and the driver got out of the car to look with a pale face as if he had seen a ghost because he did not intend to do it but it happened. He then called an ambulance while the tall man ran to check on his girlfriend's condition.

"Tenmaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa down" the tall figure called over and over, but there was no response as the smell of blood spread out and the ambulance arrived.

At the hospital

"Please don't be anything." A tall figure stood in front of the emergency room with a small body inside.

“Well, if I paid for all the expenses, I'm really sorry,” the man driving the car said to me.

“Thank you very much.” The tall man gave the other man a hurt smile.

And then 4 hours later the doctor came out of the emergency room.

“Doctor, how is my girlfriend?” The tall man walked towards the doctor, hoping to hear good news.

"Doctor, I'm sorry. We did all we could and we were able to help her, but her brain was so severely concussed that she fell asleep and still don't know if she'll wake up. And there's very little chance she'll wake up," the doctor said. with a tall figure trembling

“Thank you, doctor.” The tall figure now turned pale and fell to the ground.

Tenma then fell asleep for almost 4 years.

Return to the present

Now the tall one is going to the hospital where the small one is still being treated.

At Tenma's room

The little body was still sleeping as usual.

“This is Tenma,” the tall man called out to his girlfriend as he sat next to him.

"................" There was no response from the small figure.

"If you're asleep, please wake up. I've been lonely and in pain for these four years." Tears began to fall from the tall figure's eyes.

“.............” There was still no sound from the small figure.

"Um, I'm really sleepy. I'd better get some sleep." Then the body fell asleep next to the little body's bed.

The next morning

“Um.” The tall figure woke up sleepily and noticed that there was a blanket on his body.

“Are you awake, Surugi?” the small figure said to the tall figure while sitting on the bed.

"Tenma, you're awake." Then the tall figure hugged the small body and cried out.

"When you wake up, don't cry," the little girl warmly consoled her boyfriend.

"I'm very lonely. Please don't make me lonely again. It's very painful." The tall figure told the small figure his feelings and he regained the warmth he had wanted for these 4 years.

"Yes, I'm back and I won't run away from you anywhere again," the small figure promised to the tall one.

“I have something to ask you,” the tall man said to the small one and took out a thin box from his trouser pocket.

“What is it?” someone asked confusedly.

“Mr. Tenma, will you marry me?” the tall figure asked the small figure gently.

“Yes,” the little one agreed wholeheartedly.

Then the tall figure wore an engagement ring for his girlfriend.

After another 3 days, Tenma was released from the hospital and married Tall, and they lived happily together for the rest of their lives.
