This is the first short story that I tried to write. Where there are mistakes, you can tell in the comments.

This story will be the story of the last days of Zenon, an angel who was cursed to live in the human world.

“Who am I and what should I do next?”

Zenon, a fifteen year old boy He sat with his legs dangling looking at the night sky on the roof of an old church. He had been asking himself this question for two years. It was an unanswerable question, and no one could give him an answer, not even the sixty-five year old Reverend Brander, who had raised him for the past two years.

“Xenon, Miss Emerson is waiting in the piano room!” Reverend Brander's voice called out to the young man.

“Yes, Mr. Brander,” the young man shouted back immediately. He quickly got up and brushed the dust off his black pants before running towards the main hall of the church. Or the piano room that Reverend Brander had mentioned earlier.

The sound of Xenon's shoes hitting the steps could be heard from far away, causing visitors to smile involuntarily as they imagined the face of the owner of the sound of running.

“Miss Aris! Ha ha!” Zenon called out the visitor's name happily.

Aris Emerson, daughter of a wealthy man who owned a large mansion and the owner of the church's land. She is two years younger than Zenon. Slim body shape, not too thin and not too fat. Big, round, light blue eyes. A slender, beautiful face, rosy red cheeks, thin, naturally light pink lips.

Waist-length black curly hair was tied into a ponytail with a red bow. Contrasted with a pure white lace skirt.

“Sorry to disturb you this late,” Aris said after hearing Zenon gasp.

"It won't disturb you," Zenon said, walking to sit next to Aris. “So what's wrong with coming to see me this late at night?”

“In another two weeks there will be a party at Father's house to welcome guests from England. So I want you to teach me this song,” Aris said, reaching for something beside him. “Where have you gone? I remember putting it here.”

“What are you looking for?” Sean asked curiously.

“The sheet music that I want you to teach. I don't know where it has gone. Please help me find it.”

Zenon looked at the two pieces of paper that had fallen next to the chair Aris was sitting on. before bending over to pick it up and looking at it It's a sheet music.

of Mozart, Austrian classical music composer Xenon scanned his eyes and read the sheet music in his hand before walking towards the white grand piano in the middle of the room. Then the song played smoothly. Aris sat and listened intently while thinking of the first time he met Zenon...

That night was a full moon in spring. Aris couldn't sleep so he went for a walk in the rose garden. While walking, there was the sound of a piano playing. It was a sweet, heartfelt song. Aris followed the voice all the way to the temple. She went straight to the church door and looked.

The music grew louder as she touched the door, which opened at her touch. In the dark room, only the moonlight illuminated the person sitting in front of a white grand piano. He was a young boy, too thin to be a full-fledged young man.

He had a handsome face, white hair, and eyes like blue glass. His face was sharp, his lips full, his eyelashes long and thick, even the curve of his neck looked flawless. Like the hero of an English novel that girls are obsessed with. He pressed the finger of Grand Piano. Playing music that was more beautiful than anything she had ever heard. The picture was as beautiful as a first-class painter's meticulously created painting.

Aris then went to get to know the young man. She could only see him at night. He reasoned that during the day he had to work in the city until evening. But she also had Father Brander bring her a white kitten in place of his absence during the day. She named the cat 'Sinon'.

Every day, Aris prepared cat food and Xenon's cookies for the two of them. When Aristophanes waited for Sinon, she would play the grand piano with Sinon.

She liked Sinon as much as Zenon. Because she's both cute and affectionate, and also likes to eat the cookies she brought for Zenon. It also likes to walk on the piano as if it says it's playing the piano. Made her laugh until her stomach hurt. with its happy demeanor

But one day, Aris had a car accident while traveling with his family. She had lost her sight and there was no cure for her to see again.....

At first she knew she had lost her sight. and there is no cure She kept to herself and refused to leave the room and kept crying. When Zenon found out, he tried to relieve Aris's sadness and took care of her every night. Until Aris accepted what had happened to himself even though it was bad and difficult to accept. What Zenon did made her happy even though she couldn't see it.

“Hungry for true love is harder than hunger for food,” Reverend Brander's voice sounded from behind.

“Why does it have to be me? Why…” Zenon stopped playing the piano before asking Pastor Brander, his voice trembling.

“500 years ago There was an angel who committed a serious crime and was punished to come down to earth. That angel was cursed to turn into a cat during the day. You can return to your original form only at night. And every five years his memory will disappear.”

“That angel is me, right?” Zenon asked, hopelessly knowing the truth he had been searching for for so long. “What is that fault? Why does his punishment have torment me this much?”

“I don't know. I am just an ambassador responsible for taking care of this church. and take care of you,” Father Brander replied.

“And how many years have I been serving my sentence?”

“Tomorrow night at noon will be the last night of this punishment. Whatever you want to do, hurry up and do it before your time runs out.”

Reverend Brander finished speaking and disappeared from the room. Zenon sat with his head down, staring at the grand piano, thinking about what to do with the rest of his time. There were many things he still wanted to do, including Aris. He still hadn't taught her the song she wanted him to teach. Why was heaven so cruel to him?....

“Heaven is never cruel to those who have faith.”

“Mr Brander. You?” Zenon stood up from his chair and looked at the door. But found emptiness He looked around the room and saw only Aris asleep in a chair. Or will he be deaf? Zenon walked up to Aris and took off his suit and wrapped it around Aris.

“It is a law for humans and angels to love each other.” The voice sounded again, causing Zenon to look around the room once more.

“Who is that? Come out.”

“How am I the heaven you are cursing?” a voice sounded before a white light the size of a football floated through the glass of the church roof and fell into the center of the room.

Xenon looked at the light without fear. He walked closer to the light and reached out to touch it. But before his hand could touch the light, his body flew out and slammed hard against the wall of the room, as if a living thing was pushing him out with enormous force. Made him hurt all over.

“The light of heaven cannot be felt by anyone, not even the angels.”

“What do you want from me? My time isn't up yet." Zenon said as he stood up.

“Huh, your time is up. Little angel.”

“How? Mr. Brander said I have until midnight tomorrow. You must have misremembered my time.”

“Little ambassador, you probably don't remember anything…”

“My memory disappears every five years,” Zenon interjected.

“You are still the same, haven't changed…” Laughter rang out. “It was a mistake by the angel who brought you here. He went to the wrong place and brought you here on the second day.”

“That's....”

“Rules are rules,” Light's voice interrupted before Xenon could finish speaking.

“Wow, my time will end at midnight today, right?” Zenon said hopelessly. No matter how much he argued to the death, that heavenly light wouldn't allow him.

“What is easy to understand?”

“But I want to ask for something. To make up for my time lost because of that ambassador.”

“You dare to bargain with heaven like me. But I said it was coming.”

“Make Aris see again. Making her forget about me makes it just a nice feeling. and made me forget everything that happened in her story and feelings for her.”

“Is this all you want?”

“I want to be human. Can you give it to me?” Zenon asked.

“Of course not. Now go spend the rest of your time with that child. I will go and wait where you came from.” The sound of the heavenly light slowly disappeared along with the blinding white light.

He had decided to use the remaining 10 minutes to say goodbye to Aris and thank Pastor Bandrader....

Even though he hates heaven for making him always be alone. But he wanted to thank heaven for making him happy. and got to play the piano that he loved With Aris, the girl he loves...

'So beautiful,' Aris thought to himself when he heard the sound of the piano. It was beautiful and sad at the same time, as if the person who was playing it was about to leave their loved one far away.

Aris slowly opened his eyes to see who was playing this song. The ominous image she saw was the figure of someone walking towards her. He is a man in white. The same color as his hair. He walked to a stop in front of her before bending down and kissing her forehead softly. His lips were as cold as ice.

Aris was shocked that a stranger would take advantage of her, but her heart felt unfathomably good.

The picture in front of him gradually became clearer. But suddenly there was a bright white light that hurt my eyes. Aris reluctantly closed his eyes. But when she opened her eyes again, she didn't see that strange man. Inside the room, there was only a white Grand Pia in the middle of the room. But her heart felt dizzy. It was as if it was crying but she didn't know why she felt that way...
