Hello, I'm back to meet you again with Sung Pil's short fic. Honestly, I didn't think I would write short fiction like this. There are so many short-lived fics like this. Haha. I know this. I'll open it up as a whole.

Park Sung Jin is a student of the Faculty of Economics at a famous university. At home, he has enough to eat and live happily. His looks are so good that girls secretly look behind him. Park Sung Jin is quite neat, organized, and a little bit of a big deal. Park Sung Jin's ideal type is a white woman who speaks little, is neat, and isn't pushy. This gives him a headache and he will be given special consideration if he has soft hands to hold.
Park Sung Jin doesn't appear to be a troubled person. He seems to be living a normal life, but outsiders wouldn't know that Park Sung Jin has some annoyances as well. That is, ki. That's Mwonpil.
Sungjin is a member of a band.
DAY6
It is a band that was formed by students from different faculties of the same age grouping together to form a band. Park Sung Jin is the guitarist. Park Je-hyung from the Faculty of Political Science is also a guitarist. Kang Young-hyun from the Faculty of Accountancy is a bell player. Im Joon-hyuk from the Faculty of Law is the keyboardist, Yun Do-woon from the Faculty of Humanities is the drummer, and Kim Wonpil from the Faculty of Arts is the keyboardist.

Come along.
The group members are close and don't have any problems, and Park Sung Jin doesn't hate Kim Won Pil. But where is Park Sung Jin's problem? It's that Wonpil is the opposite of what he likes in every way.
Kim Wonpil is a short man with not very white skin. He's a good speaker. talkative Cheerful and seems to be especially cheerful with Sungjin because Sungjin used to tease that Wonpil was annoying. After that, Wonpil set his daily goal to annoy Park Sungjin to the point of being annoyed by the tall man. Sungjin made an annoyed face when Wonpil was so deliberately irritated. Wonpil was even more amused.
Crack… Crack…
Sungjin's phone vibrated as he lounged under the group at 9:30 a.m. A large hand pulled his phone out of his pants pocket. When he saw the name displayed, he sighed once.
“How long are you going to look and sigh at your phone? If you don't want to answer, just hang up and it's over." The voice of my friend who was sitting with me spoke up.
“Hello, what's wrong, Kim Wonpil?” But Sungjin didn't do as his friend said, answering the phone with an annoyed tone.
[Are you under the group as usual? Can I sit with you?] A small voice asked.
“Um, but sitting at the same wooden table,” Sungjin told him where he was sitting, “but sitting with another friend. Are you coming?”
[Is it Taeyong? If Taeyong, I've already talked to him, I wouldn't be uncomfortable.]
“Oh, it depends.” Then Sungjin hung up the phone.
“Why are you making that face?” Taeyong asked his friend. “Don't you want Wonpil to come?”
“Oh, talking too much is annoying,” Sungjin replied calmly, not making eye contact with his interlocutor.
“As annoying as it is, it's cheerful and cute.”
“Too lazy to listen,” Sungjin answered with the same calm expression as he played on his phone.
“I don't want him to come, but tell me your location in detail.”
“Besides, cutting the call from the beginning is already the end of it.”
"Oh, it's about Guna."
“Sungjin,” a clear voice greeted as Wonpil’s small figure walked up from behind Sungjin, “Hey, Taeyong.”
“Hi,” Taeyong greeted with a smile.
"Why are you here? I'll be in class in less than half an hour."
“Well, I quit nine and a half. Study again at 1 p.m. I don't know where I'm going,” Wonpil replied as he sat down next to Sungjin.
“You can go find Younghyun,” Sungjin said.
“Did he just start class at nine o'clock?”
“Then go find Dowoon.”
“The group is far away, I'm too lazy to walk.”
“So where have all my friends in the group gone? Is there no one dating you?”
“My best friend Doyoung is already with his girlfriend,” Wonpil replied, “and we can get rid of him. I want to come see you.”
“Sungjin, what's wrong? Your ears are red,” Taeyong, who had been silent for a long time, greeted his best friend.
“It's hot,” Sungjin immediately shot back.
“Sungjin, can I have lunch with you again this afternoon? I'll wait here for you,” Wonpil continued.
“Every Tuesday, you drag me out to eat with you, right?”
“That's right, hahaha, you're so kind.” Wonpil moved closer, taller than before, smiling widely until his eyes closed, and he raised his slender arms to hug Sungjin's shoulders.
“Sigh, let's go, class at 10.” Before long, Sungjin stood up and slipped out of Wonpil's arms, picking up his own things and putting them in his bag.
“Oh, it's only 15 minutes until we start. Why is today's rise so fast?” Seeing his friend packing things up like that, Taeyong could only do the same.
“I'm annoyed with people around here. And it's hot too."
“Oh, no wonder your ears are redder than before.”
“Shut up, Yi Taeyong!”
“See you, Sungjin,” Wonpil said goodbye, smiling. “Bye bye Taeyong.”
“How was studying just now?” Wonpil asked as he sat eating lunch across from Sungjin in the cafeteria every day when the class schedule was like this. which is Tuesday Wonpil would drag Sungjin to sit and eat with him every time. Sungjin didn't understand why he didn't find a friend from his group to eat with, but even so, Sungjin was willing to part from his group of friends. come
“Learn math”
“Then I'll admit that it's difficult.” After saying that, he shoveled another bite of food into his mouth.
“It's not that difficult.”
“Well, you're smart. I'm a letter kid. It sounds difficult to me,” the little man replied. “Just hearing the word number makes me feel like the rice isn't delicious.”
“I can keep talking. Will I finish eating in time for class at 1 p.m.?”
“Haven't you eaten in that long?” Wonpil replied, then changed the subject, “So you got a new haircut? I like the old style better. It's more handsome."
The lunch atmosphere between the two of them was relaxed. Throughout the meal, there was a lot of chatter… which was mostly Kim Wonpil's voice. The rest was Sungjin's voice, who answered here and there briefly as time passed. went and had to separate to study The two then said a little goodbye to each other.
“See you at the practice room in the evening,” Wonpil said with a smile.
“Um,” Sungjin responded simply as before. Then they both turned away from each other, causing Wonpil to not notice that the corner of Sungjin's mouth was slightly quirking up.
“Sungjin,” Taeyong called, “Let's go to class.”
“Um,” Sungjin nodded and walked with his best friend. “Uh, Taeyong, isn't that handsome with my hair cut like this?”
Sungjin and Wonpil arrived at the practice room first and second respectively while the other members had not yet arrived. The two prepared their own instruments. But on the little person's side, there doesn't seem to be much to do because the keyboard is just plugged in and can be used. And when Wonpil is free, of course…
“Sungjin,” a sweet voice called out to the person sitting on the chair tuning the acoustic guitar with a small figure walking closer and dragging another chair to sit next to him, “Teach me how to play the guitar.”
“Do you already know how to play? Why do you come to teach me?” A calm voice said.
“I'm not good at playing, so I want you to teach me.” Wonpil spoke cutely.
“Ah, what about each other?” Sungjin replied with an annoyed tone but handed his beloved acoustic guitar that was properly tuned to the person next to him.
"yay!"
Wonpil cheered and acted in a way that Sungjin had said was irritating to the other person on purpose, causing Sungjin to roll his eyes and sigh. His slender fingers slowly picked up the chords of his favorite song and played the chords slowly at the end. His little fingers didn't feel any pain from pressing those hard strings because Wonpil had played with them a few times, so the tips of his left fingers were slightly on the side so that they didn't hurt.
And every action of Won Pil is under the awareness of Park Sung Jin, who is always watching, not looking at Won Pil. Look at your favorite guitar. It's really true. Believe me..
"this
Db(
D-Flat) How do you catch it?" A sweet voice turned and asked the person sitting next to him.
“Then you try to catch him.
C
before"
"Ah, got it."
"Normally, you use your middle and ring fingers, right? Try changing to using your middle and pinky fingers." I don't say it. Sungjin held Wonpil's hand and shook it as he spoke.
“Ahha”
“Now move down another fret and put your index finger up on the first fret instead..”
“Oh, it will.
C#
Or that is
Db
Do you use it?” Wonpil interjected, excited that he had picked up a difficult chord.
“Um, yes.”
"And as you said, right? That if you scroll down it will become a chord progression. Otherwise, there will be other strings that we didn't press and it will be distorted."
“Yes, then.”
“I understand,” a sweet voice said and he started strumming his guitar.
Soon the band members joined Sungjin and Wonpil and returned to their positions. The practice session was fun and full of smiles, everyone was happy to play music together.
Until it was time for a practice break, Dowoon, Younghyun, and Jehyung were grouped together to attack the fort like always. So there was only Junhyuk left. Wonpil and Sungjin sat talking and opened snacks on the floor.
“Eat it, Junhyuk?” Wonpil unwrapped his favorite brand of crackers and handed it to his friend first.
“Eat, thank you.” Junhyuk took one cracker.
“Ah Sungjin.”
"No, I don't like crackers, they're messy." The tall man raised his hand to deny.
“But you haven't eaten yet in the evening. Let's eat first."
“No, if you eat it, it will fall off, it's dirty,” Sungjin insists, rejecting it like a methodical person.
“Your body is now clean. Let's eat.” Without waiting any longer, Won Pil took out a cracker from the package and put it into the tall man's mouth before the other person could refuse. And because Sungjin didn't agree to eat it, the pieces of the cracker fell all over the place. Not least according to Sungjin's clothes, but also because the snack was already in his mouth. The tall figure grudgingly agreed to eat, but he didn't hesitate and turned to look at the cause.
“Oh, did you see that? It's all a mess.” His dark brows furrowed in dissatisfaction…I really hate this brand of crackers. I made a lot of scraps like this.
“You can pretend to complain. Just brush it off and it's finished.” Wonpil didn't say anything, but held out his small hand to brush off the crumbs.
A slender hand brushed pastry around the collar of his shirt. and outbound until almost gone And because he didn't think that this little troublemaker would give him the crumbs so easily, Sungjin just sat there because he couldn't do anything. When he regained consciousness, he thought that he should brush it off himself and not let other people…especially Kim Wonpil…make it happen like this.
“You can brush it up yourself,” Sungjin said, but he seemed to realize it a little too late because he spoke when there were hardly any cracker crumbs left on his clothes and Sungjin's large hand held the small hand that helped him clean. Don't move any further than that.
Won Pil's hand wasn't as smooth and soft as the hand of the woman Park Sung Jin had dated. It was a little rougher because Won Pil practiced playing the guitar. But it is too slender for a man's hand and feels surprisingly nurturing.
“Uh.. You can let go now. No more brushing.” Wonpil understood that Sungjin was holding his hand but didn't understand why he didn't let go of his hand and kept looking at his face.
"Ah, sorry." His hand loosened his grip. “I…would rather sit and watch the Jaehyungs play games.” With that, he got out of the conversation and went to sit with the other three people instead.
“Wonpil,” Junhyuk, who had been silent for a long time, called out to his friend.
"that?"
“Do you think our practice room heater is too hot today?”
"Not at all." The little man shook his head.
“But why is Sungjin's face red and he looks like he's sweating…”
A few weeks later the 14th arrived. February…Valentine's Day… In the evening, while walking to Sungjin's practice room, I saw many people walking around carrying boxes of chocolates or roses. Most of them had happy expressions on their faces. Only a few seemed to express their disappointment.
Because the song's room is only on the 2nd floor. of the Sungjin Building, so I walked up the stairs instead of using the elevator, but I still couldn't get past the resting floor and had to stop my legs first.
At the head of the stairs on the second floor, Sungjin saw a tall, stocky, tanned man handing Kim Wonpil a beautiful bouquet of roses that looked like they weren't cheap.
I don't know what the reason was, but Sungjin walked back down the stairs a few steps and turned his back on the sight. He heard Wonpil and another person talking but couldn't make out the sound because the sound was so soft. Plus he doesn't care to listen.
Park Sung Jin stared at the wall with his eyes wandering, not quite sure why he had to do this or why he didn't walk away from the people talking and go to the practice room like he was supposed to.
Feeling that the chatter had gone quiet, Sungjin turned around and saw that no one was there. So the tall figure walked to the practice room and practiced music with his friends as usual. When it was time to take a break from practice, Sungjin chose to sit quietly by himself but was disturbed first.
"What's wrong with you? You look depressed." A sweet, familiar voice rang out.
“I'm not depressed,” Sungjin denies, but that's just him telling a big lie.
“Yes, but you don't seem to talk much.” Wonpil didn't give up and continued washing.
“I don't normally want to talk to you, right?” The tall man covered it up by saying the words he thought the normal version of Park Sungjin would say.
“Oh, it's okay to be annoying like this.” Wonpil said, then walked over to sit with Junhyuk and Dowoon. As for Sungjin, he changed to sit with Jehyung and Younghyun instead so that no one would notice that he had a bad expression today.
“Sungjin, what's wrong?” But it seemed like Sungjin's efforts didn't have much effect as soon as he sat down on his butt. Jehyung immediately asked him.
“What is it? It's nothing,” Sungjin denied again.
“But it looks like it is, your eyes look sad,” Younghyun added.
“Whatever Jaehyung says, you say exactly that, right Younghyun?”
"paternal grandmother! Let's change the subject,” Younghyun said.
Sungjin chose not to make eye contact with his two friends, and he realized that he shouldn't have done that because his eyes fell on the familiar bouquet of flowers in Kim Wonpil's bag instead of Sungjin. He immediately noticed that it was a bouquet of roses that Won Pil had given him… and Sungjin didn't really want to see it, but he stared at it suspiciously anyway.
“Oh, did you know that today Son Hyun Woo An engineer came to confess his love to Wonpil,” Jehyung said. The reason he chose to speak to Sungjin's suspicions was because he saw his good friend's eyes linger on Wonpil's bouquet of roses for a long time.
“What… why are you suddenly telling me this? It's your own business.” Sungjin heard his friend say and was stopped for a bit before pretending to cover it up like he wasn't thinking about anything.
“There's no need to worry about it. I know you like Kim Wonpil,” Younghyun said, staring at Sungjin with a serious expression.
“What the fuck! I'm so annoyed that he's going to die. How can I like it? It's random.” Sungjin denies it. But that seemed even more suspicious.
“I just found out that a tiger like you can be stupid,” Je-hyung said.
“Oh, you just got scolded, what?” Sungjin looked confused when he suddenly got scolded.
“Don't you really know that you like Kim Wonpil?” Jehyung said again.
“I didn't realize it. But I don't like it!”
“If you don't like it, that's bad. We, outsiders, can still see it. Looking from Saturn, I know that Mr. I like it!” Younghyun added and repeated. "A person like you, a person who likes white women who speak little, is a good follower, doesn't matter too much. I like Kim Wonpil, a man who talks a lot, is good at arguing, and likes to displease you."
“What is it with you guys? You can't blame me for liking Kim Wonpil.” Sungjin was still stubborn.
“You complained that Wonpil talked a lot but you never told Wonpil to shut up or run away and refuse to listen to what Wonpil said,” Younghyun began to chant. “You used to like women who accepted you, women who set you free. But right now you love being dragged out to eat by Wonpil, which you never say no to even though you can. You love being dragged to a music store by Wonpil.
You used to like girls with pretty hands, but now you prefer teaching Wonpil how to play the guitar without caring that Wonpil has calluses.”
“And…” Jaehyung's voice interrupted. “You really don't like that brand of crackers... Everyone knows, but you're really into Kim Wonpil, who rounds up the crackers you don't like.
“Do you agree? You're playing a game, aren't you?” Sungjin argued.
“Oh, I see,” Jaehyung replied.
“Have you realized now that you like Kim Wonpil? Kim Wonpil is your exception, even though Wonpil hardly has the qualities you like. But you never pushed him away and even allowed him to approach you,” Younghyun reminded his friend.
“…” and Sungjin was silent. But Jehyung knows how to motivate his friends.
"Well, let's just say Son Hyun Woo is good. Handsome, good figure, rich family, smart. Who wouldn't want that? I want to know if anyone will reject Hyun Woo asking to be their girlfriend, right? Younghyun."
"Oh, yes." After finishing the drink, the two of them smiled happily. Sungjin stood up and called everyone back to practice quickly.
Sungjin wished that practice time would end quickly but today the time seemed to move slower than usual. I don't know why, but in the end it was time to end practice and everyone packed up their things and went home.
Sungjin secretly glanced at Wonpil all the time and pretended to linger so he could finish packing up with Kim Wonpil and without an appointment. Younghyun and Jehyung quickly invited Dowoon and Junhyuk back, leaving only Kim Wonpil and Park Sungjin who were responsible for closing the practice room.
“Who gave it to you?” Sungjin asked quietly as he walked beside Wonpil down the building.
“Engineering month, how are you? Am I hot?” And Kim Won Pil is still the same playful Kim Won Pil.
“I don't think you're hot enough by yourself.” Sungjin has had many women bring him chocolates, but he has rejected them all. He hasn't even shown them off yet.
“He asked you to be his girlfriend?”
"um"
“And what did you answer?”
"I...said I'd like to think about it first," a sweet voice answered softly.
“Is that stupid? Such a perfect man. How can you refuse?” Sungjin teases Wonpil like he always does. But I'm secretly glad that at least Wonpil isn't Hyunwoo's boyfriend yet.
“You want me to be Hyunwoo's girlfriend?” Wonpil's voice this time didn't have the same playfulness as usual, but it wasn't sad at all. It was a questioning sound that needed an answer, but Sungjin felt like he wanted to hear Wonpil's playful voice more.
"No, if we're lovers then we'll break up."
“How do you know?”
“Hyunwoo can't stand listening to you talk too much like me,” Sungjin began to answer.
“…” Wonpil listened silently. The two were walking side by side along the university road.
“I can't bear it if you drag me to the music store every Friday. Hyunwoo can't teach you guitar the way I teach you. Hyunwoo has a lot of friends and is attached to friends. He probably won't come sit and eat lunch with you every Tuesday like I did.”
“What exactly are you trying to say?” Wonpil asked, confused at first by being scolded for being stupid for not dating Hyunwoo. But Sungjin suddenly brought up several things that Wonpil and Hyunwoo couldn't get along with.
“What I'm telling you is.”
“You wouldn't give crackers to anyone but your girlfriend.”
“Huh!?” Wonpil thought back to the previous day. His little heart was pounding so hard it was scary that it might burst out even though he didn't understand the meaning of those words very well. His eyes were round like those of a puppy and he sent them to Sungjin, waiting for an answer. "I mean, let's do it again. Like... uh.. I seem to understand but I'm not sure."
“Sigh..” Sungjin sighed and shook his head slightly, but it wasn't because he was annoyed anymore. The corners of his mouth lifted slightly, loving the bewildered expression on the slightly red cheeks of the smaller person next to him.
“…” Round eyes moved from his handsome face and looked down at his own hand that was now being held by the larger hand of the person next to him.
“I won't let you round up crackers for anyone but me.”
the end
It's complete.
Looking forward to reading everyone's comments.
