The golden-haired girl with blue eyes that contrasted with her hair looked at the young man with black and gray hair and honey red eyes without blinking at all.
But when the man turned and looked at her, there was indifference in his eyes towards everything, even the matter in front of him, like now that he had walked into the golden-haired woman.
He saw the woman supporting herself from her own walk. The woman turned to look at him with anger in her eyes and walked past while cursing slightly. After she walked past him He thought in his heart that the blonde woman was like a woman he met.
A woman with flowing blue hair, the smell of green apples, and light pink lips that came with charm but didn't match her rather gruff personality. But this girl was the one who made him know the love and sorrow that had consumed him until now.
The young man who was thinking this shook those crazy thoughts out of his head and continued walking, but his eyes caught sight of a piece of paper that probably fell along with the blonde-haired woman. fell to the ground
He picked it up and saw that the piece of paper he had was an application form for the school's women's volleyball club, which was open for applicants to join the club.
The young man who had read her application turned to look behind him in case she came back to pick up the application that had fallen on the ground, but when he turned he couldn't see her. He decided to go to the school's public relations room to make an announcement about the lost item.
But when he entered the room and there was no one in the room, he decided to turn on the school's microphone and speaker system to announce to the clumsy blonde girl that he would come to pick up her application. The sound of his announcement reached the ears of many students, but then there was the sound of a rhythmic running towards the public relations room.
The blonde girl opened the door with a slight gasp. The image in front of the woman was the man in front of her sitting with his legs crossed, his hands on his chin, looking at her in this state. The blonde-haired woman scolded at the young man and walked towards him.
But the man still had an indifferent look and didn't say anything to her until the woman stood in front of him and snatched her application form out of his hands and turned to speak with a rather embarrassed look on the man's face. He said he had read her application, right? The young man nodded. He had no reason to lie to the woman in front of him. He even wanted to get to know the woman in front of him.
The man said her name before walking towards the blonde woman who was walking out of the room. She who heard her own name from the mouth of the person she was annoyed with turned around and scolded the man with many words.
Those words stuck into the young man's mind that the more he listened to her, the more he became similar to the blue-haired woman he knew, both in words and words. They act like sheep in the same flock.
The girl who had said so much finished with a slight sigh. She had never met a man like this before. His eyes were as silent as anything, the scene in front of him had not yet happened. The woman turned and walked out of the room before the man quickly grabbed her wrist.
She didn't know what that young man would do to her. The atmosphere in the room was just the two of them and it was too random for her.
She slapped the man in front of her hard before the man shook his head to regain his senses before turning to apologize to the woman he had grabbed her hand. The woman saw that and was afraid. will talk to the person in front of her
The young man in front of her, seeing her brave appearance, told her to hurry and go to the club auditions before the time ran out. Hearing this, the girl immediately excused herself from the room and ran towards the gym before wasting any more time.
That rhythmic sound of running matched the heartbeat of the young man who walked out of the room following her. He turned to look in the direction of the woman he had just talked to a few minutes ago, but he couldn't see her anymore.
The blonde woman opened the gym door, exhausted from her run, before submitting her club selection application. After the teacher in charge of the club received her application, she was told to stand in line with the people who were auditioning.
As she walked into the line up, she noticed that the people who had come to select her were giving her looks that would swallow her alive, but she didn't care. She knew that the volleyball club here was full of talented people. Everyone wants to enter. She wants to be like the seniors who won the national championship for this school. The selection process is full of hardships, testing the body, mind, and teamwork.
The selection went smoothly without any problems as she thought. But she had to be depressed when the starting line-up was announced and she was not included in the list but instead was on the reserve list. She could only encourage herself. Thinking to yourself about how good it was that you didn't get eliminated.
After announcing the names, it was raining. The female students in the class came out and headed home. Many were happy to be the real ones, and many were sad that they had been eliminated. But all I could do was force a smile that was okay. The blond-haired girl walked out with a straight face to the exit of the school building and towards the front of the school.
The sound of rain made the blonde woman realize that she had reached the exit of the building. She looked out and noticed that there was still no sign of stopping before she saw a young man with gray and black hair walking into the building with his umbrella.
The young man who had already walked into the building turned to tell her that the subway near the school was out of service for an hour to wait for the rain to subside. Hearing this, the girl made a sad face before turning to speak to the young man standing next to her right now.
She asked the name of the man with gray hair and black trim. The young man heard this and said his name. The woman heard his name and was about to introduce herself to the man before the man put his index finger in her mouth and said to the blonde that he already knew her name and didn't need to introduce himself. Really?
The young woman who saw the other's actions made a shy face and said that it was not like the man she had bumped into earlier. The man was quiet for a while before inviting her to a coffee shop near their school to wait for the train station to open again.
The woman, who was about to shake her head to reject the young man's invitation, heard his words that he would give her coffee as an apology for the bump in her head before returning home.
She who listened to his words agreed. The coffee shop was in a small alley near the train station they were about to enter. The outside of the shop was decorated in an old-world style. The inside of the shop was decorated with pictures from various anonymous artists and the lights were slightly dim.
A middle-aged man with a gray beard looked at them before he asked what drink they wanted.
Hearing this, the black-gray haired young man turned to her and asked her what drink she wanted.
A sweetened latte is what she needs. She wanted sweetness to take away the bitterness from what she had been through today. The young man heard what she wanted and ordered his and her drinks before sitting at the table.
She sat down and looked at the young man who was looking at her as well. She thought to herself that the look in his eyes was different from when they first met, not indifferent, not indifferent, but also not sure what it was like. But then the shop owner came and served them coffee before walking back to his original seat to wait for customers.
Her latte was decorated with milk foam in the shape of a heart studded with an arrow. But when he looked at him, there was nothing but his own face reflected in the coffee in his cup. She looked at the young man's face before drinking her latte.
The smooth, sweet latte with added sweetness made her incredibly happy. It was as if the sadness of being the backup disappeared. before turning to speak to the man across from her.
She thanked the young man who had helped her with the club application but missed out on being a real person. She knew that this was something she shouldn't say to someone she just met, but she couldn't keep it from her.
Sadness came out with her tears. She cried until the young man handed her a tissue. Along with saying a little comfort to her, even though it didn't help much, he didn't want her to be sad.
The woman in front of him stopped crying and disappeared as she finished her latte before walking out of the shop. The owner saw this and ran out to check on her, but she didn't. I found her before a young man with black and gray hair walked out to pay in person and walk to the train station.
The girl who ran onto the train before he followed behind, before the doors closed, she saw him walking out of the coffee shop alley, looking at her, and the doors closed.
The sound of the train's wheels rhythmically matched with her heart beating so fast it couldn't stop. She had never been like this from comfort before, especially with this man she just met who made her like this.
The young man watched the train leaving the station and shook his head as he walked towards the station. He knew that he would not be happy that he was comforting her, but he did not know how but it was as if his heart did.
