His age had stopped at 21. It wasn't because of a supernatural event that turned him into a vampire, don't be fooled! Minhyun was just loved by the moon. It loved him so much. In fact, he was stopped like this until he was like that. Until he falls in love with someone
It happened while Minhyun was on his way home from winter final exams, humming a song.
I Have Nothing
of
Whitney Huston
While walking slowly He felt happy to be home for the holidays. Winter in California isn't as bad as it is in Korea. He hadn't seen a single bit of snow here since he entered university, even though the distance home should only be 15 minutes from the observatory to his dormitory. Only he could never do it.
The last thing he remembered was him stepping into an alley because he wanted to reduce his travel time by five. After a minute, I'll hurry and lay myself down on the bed. He had such a hard day because of his internship because this was the last day and he didn't have the courage to distance himself from the professor.
The tours of his little space that he gave the children three times a day for an entire month made him almost cry when one child A 4-year-old child with an exceptionally high spirit came in. Staring at him with wide eyes, he always listened intently to the new things Minhyun instilled in him. "I want to be like you when I grow up!"
That kid would always say this with a bright smile when Minhyun patted his head and told him to dream bigger. That kid's eyes would always widen as goose eggs and sparkle. With all the interesting stories about space that Minhyun told me, every time I came to see Minhyun I missed him the most.
What Minhyun remembers is the next day. He woke up with his face down in a ditch, his body cold. His hair had almost turned white. His body was covered in bruises but most of them were just pain like he had been sleeping in the wrong position for a long time. He really thought so. Even his skin turned pale during his "sleeping" time.
Minhyun disappeared. He disappeared for a full year. He felt like he had been stopped. He thought quickly, coming up with an explanation for wasting a full year, but he came up with nothing. He walked around the city, still trying to think of an answer. There was no way he was wasting a year of his life.
That is not possible, it is just possible. His apartment is now empty. And when he called his mother's house, there was no answer no matter how many times he called. He went back to his school to see if he could continue his studies. All he received were strange looks from the people who had read the message "Minhyun Hwang has died."
Minhyun finally gave up after several weeks and his life was no longer the same. His hair and body clearly defined it.
So what should I do now? I died as those papers said and I don't even know how I died. He sighed, only to realize that he had now appeared in the church he used to frequent as his mother had ordered. This was the closest to his school and the only Korean congregation in the area. When he walked in,
Met with the faint whispers of an old woman talking to a certain monk. He didn't want to disturb them. Minhyun then sat down on the seat in the back. Kneeling on the pew in the sermon, bowing your head. Minhyun began to pray more fervently than ever. He prayed that he could find the answer so that he could find the path he should take now. When he lost everything
The heavy touch of a hand on his shoulder made Minhyun realize that he was not only being looked at, but also being listened to. He thought it was a priest. Instead, he saw only the icy blue eyes and golden blonde hair of a figure. He turned to look around. Met with light-reflecting dust particles flickering in the air, his breath became ragged as the temperature in the room began to drop. “Mr..”
He tried to regain his composure, “Who are you?”
The figure smiled at him and pointed a finger upwards. Minhyun looked along that finger upwards. I don't understand at all. Is it God? There was no way that figure let out a bright smile as if he heard Minhyun's thoughts and gently shook his head. The figure reached out a hand in front of Minhyun. Minhyun remained silent. He didn't want to shake that hand, he was afraid of it.
The figure suddenly looked sad. Minhyun suddenly realized that he had held that hand and he just couldn't let it stay like that. He had already asked for an answer, no matter how terrifying the outcome, he found himself being led out of the church and into an alley. The alley where Minhyun disappeared
“This is the place where I know your life will end. So I'm giving you a second chance.”
Minhyun trembled at those words, “What do you mean I don't even know you?”
The figure turned to Minhyun for a moment before shifting his gaze back to the top. “You know me very well.” This time. When Minhyun looked up He could see the moon clearly. “I know that your life will end the moment you step into this alley.” That voice sounded saddened.
I can only hope that you will avoid this alley. This is your fate.”
Minhyun frowned, “And you didn't stop me from dying?” The figure shook his head lightly, “I can't prevent death, it's already written on your lifeline. But I can give my life back. It's my fate. To give life back to those who lost it before their time. But you are a special case, Minhyun.”
The figure let out a wide smile. “You are my favorite human. Instead of making people invisible to you like everyone else It would be better if I let you keep your body.”
“I don't understand,” Minhyun said. Coordinate your eyes with that figure.
“No one will find your body because I returned it to you. Now you are both alive and inanimate at the same time. I have already given you the kiss of life.” The figure let out a wide smile. The eyes shimmered and the blonde hair looked like it was floating. “Don't worry.
If you can find your true love When that time comes, you will be able to live your life as before. Until then, you will remain like this.”
Minhyun felt himself collapse as he felt his body cool from within. His bones trembled inside. He is dead but he is still alive. “I want to warn you, Minhyun, don't go looking for your murderer. I have seen their end. Believe me, it will have a worse death than you and many lives it has taken.”
Minhyun gulped as the figure spoke to him like this. “What should I do now?” he asked softly.
The figure gripped his shoulders tightly, “You will start over from here. You are the chosen one. Your story was written by us, but you will be the one to distort and change it yourself. Death is only the beginning for you, Minhyun.”
“And you?” Minhyun asked. "And you?"
The figure laughed, “I am always around, in the same spot. Just look for me in the sky.”
Feeling calmer, Minhyun nodded. The figure disappeared before he could say anything more.
One year has passed He couldn't help but move from job to job. He worked as a tutor in a private school, creating fake degrees to get hired by families who could afford them for high prices in 2001. Minhyun tutored dozens of students who were able to gain admission to Ivy universities. The league's entire salary was enough to make people think he was born rich, but he wasn't very happy. None of the kids really listened to him, assuming they were just intent on wanting to get over it and take away their perfectionist parents. It usually works because Minhyun counters them really well.
Minhyun enrolled in a programming class, learning to develop computer programs. Over time, he was eventually able to create a software that could tutor thousands of students online. His software was in demand by many private schools and he received thousands of offers. clause
At first, he didn't want to sell it, but then what was the point of his work if it didn't bring any results so he sold it?
Apple
and
Microsoft
It earned him millions, which was equivalent to shares of both companies.
Because of his good fortune, he gave some money to many churches and temples to help children without families. He wanted those children to find love and happiness. He loved seeing it. The children's eyes lit up when they saw him visit with new clothes or toys and books that weren't very expensive. What he loved most was when the children asked him questions.
No matter what, he asked for everything. However, he was a smart young man. The nuns often said that, and Minhyun always smiled brightly every time the kids asked him about school. His work completes his family. At that time, he had to make up a story and pretend that he had an older sister and a dog back home in Korea and how happy she was with her marriage and a son. The children were always smiling and laughing. The time Minhyun told the kids about his older sister and the stupid dog.
His insides were dead and he missed his mother so bad. And if he really had an older sister, he would miss her a lot as well. He wasn't kind enough to say that he was also an orphan right now, and his struggles weren't as good as those of these children. He said it but never did it. Instead he just focused on telling the story of how his hair turned ice blonde.
The girls always loved this story that he had specially created. “I love space. One day, I was really sad. The moon came to me and kissed all my tears. She showed me that she loves me too.”
The nuns at the orphanage always smile as Minhyun is fascinated by the story of the suspicious moon. “You should become an astronomer,” they always told him. “Let's go see what the moon really looks like!” Minhyun just smiled and looked at the moon. “I already know them well.”
2007 was a turning point in Minhyun's life. He enrolled in university in 2003 and now he has graduated from university. He managed his grades during the year. He's 90 and manages to trick people into believing he's a man in his 30s. And if he told people he had plastic surgery to look this good, most people wouldn't believe his real age.
Therefore, it is easier for him to just let what other people think is true than to say. “I actually died” and what he received on his 30th birthday Minhyun's problem is that he was hired at the Griffith Observatory as a telescope and museum tour guide. In fact, he wants to be the curator of the museum.
California Space Center
But this plan fell through because they had just hired a new employee and he was technically inexperienced.
At Giftit, he felt more at home than ever before. The director of the observatory was aware of Minhyun's rich past and hired him almost immediately. He knew that the machines had to be controlled properly, it was already a simple job. Just making sure people don't touch things they shouldn't, talking about telescopes, giving a little education and taking everyone onto the balcony so everyone can take some valuable photos from the sign.
Hollywood
His favorite day is still the school field trip, but today. It's like everything is falling apart. Minhyun is already late for work. He was almost at work when the 4th grade students came to take a tour. Inside, he was given a list of over 100 children. However, he was only responsible for the children whose names started with
A-M
Only teachers choose this method so that most students will not be able to choose to go with only friends and cause disruption to the tour. Minhyun thought to himself.
While talking about the star exhibition that would take place every Saturday, he felt like he was being watched. He shook off this thought and began to speak. “California Griffith intends these star shows to be a resource and a link between aspiring astronomers and their families and the scientific community. If you are interested in joining join
It is held every last Saturday of the month from 8:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. You guys can find--” His words were cut off midway through, “Excuse me!” from somewhere behind.
He turned towards Minhyun's voice, somewhat startled that the voice came from a child quite far away. "Yes?" Minhyun asked back.
“Do I have to have a guardian to take care of me when I go to stargaze?” The young man was not satisfied. Mai Tai asked, looking like he was trying to tiptoe so he could be seen from behind. Minhyun smiled as he shook his head. “No, you don't need a guardian to take care of you. However, they are still youths, so I suggest you bring them along.”
The young boy smiled and nodded before going back to chatting and laughing with his friends. Minhyun then resumed the tour, taking the students to the balcony so they could take pictures and then to the gift shop. He still felt like people were staring at him, even as the boy who asked him just now approached.
“Is that you?” he said, his words coming across more like a command than a question. “It must be right.”
Minhyun stared at the smaller figure, “Who am I?”
“Yes, it must be you. But what happened? Your hair is like
Genie in a Bottle” (
I mean the song.
Genie in a Bottle
of
Chistina Aguilera
(Which Christina's hair color in this song is almost white)
Minhyun raised his eyebrows, “What?”
The young man began to lose confidence in himself, “Yah...don't lie to me! How is it that you haven't looked any older since the last time I saw you?” The boy raised his arm and smiled into Minhyun's cheek. Minhyun retreated. He was very confused now, “You remember the wrong person, little one.”
The boy's voice cleared his throat before he continued, “You know, I always wanted to be like you. And what you told me was for me to dream bigger.”
Minhyun's eyes immediately widened, “You—” He shook his head impossibly. The moon said that no one would recognize him this time…
He smiled at the taller's reaction and began to jump around. “I know!” His hands swayed uncontrollably from excitement. “I knew you would remember me!” He held Mi's hand. Nonhyun arbitrarily “My name is Aron! Aron Kwak.”
Minhyun continued to stare at the boy who was holding his hand. It had been 10 years since he last saw this boy. He was doing quite well. He looked dependable and had rather large eyes. His smile was so wide that his mouth stretched from ear to ear. And it seemed like he had an especially gentle soul if this kid remembered Minhyun.
It means that this child must have been written in his lifeline, right?
“Aaron!! We're leaving, come here!!” A low voice came from across the balcony. The boy turned to look and nodded in acknowledgment. “On our way!” He turned to Minhyun again, opening his arms wide. To hug the young man in front of me “See you later, hyung!”
Minhyun remained at the same spot where the students had gathered and walked down the stairs to their bus. He was that kid, he thought. A smile was on his face all day long as he remembered the whole story. that had been told to that child all He grew up well so I'm so proud.
After that, Minhyun continued to meet Aron at the observatory, often walking around with a sketch book or sitting nearby and staring at Minhyun's expression. He was working. If Zhao didn't know, he would think that this kid had fallen in love with him. But that seems too funny.
As the days passed, Minhyun realized that he was always waiting for the day when Aron would show up, sometimes the boy would bring him snacks or a lot of questions. and was always smiling, never leaving before Minhyun's shift ended. He felt relaxed when he saw this child around before he knew it.
His routine was full of Aaron, showing up, giving a walking tour, eating snacks along the way. and sat looking at the sun with Minhyun answering the young man's questions
“One last question, little one, I have an early flight tomorrow,” Minhyun said, looking at Aron who had seemingly shrunk to the size of a toddler. “Ah, don't worry! I'll be back in 3 months!”
Aaron began to open his mouth to express his dissatisfaction, “Don't go! Like this, who will answer my questions?!”
Minhyun leaned back and laughed, “Don't act like you don't know what the internet is.” He gently rubbed Aron's head. “Trust me, the internet will answer your questions.”
Aron nodded and sighed, “Okay, one last question. Why did you disappear?”
Minhyun was not shocked by the “secret” question and laughed. “You keep asking me like this: When are you going to give up?”
“Never.”
“Let's go.”
They all stood up and walked towards the elevator for the last time in another 3 minutes. Month from now
Minhyun takes his time 3 months later in Alaska He had no other reason for coming here other than he wanted to get out of Los Angeles. He hadn't spent time alone in 10 years. The moon had promised him that when he found true love, he would be able to live his life back as usual, but Minhyun believed it. Probably never will happen.
He tried to date many women in Los Angeles. Angeles is both younger and older. Some of them were even in their 40s, but none of them could make his heart flutter. Only one woman came closest to it.
She is a smart person. Beautiful and love the moon Minhyun loves her smile. The way she giggled when she found the right constellation in his corner. She is beautiful inside and out. Minhyun spent the day reading poetry while she mapped the stars. And looking at her, glowing with happiness, his hair color still hasn't changed back to the way it was before, and his skin hasn't picked up any color at all. What's wrong with that girl, Reyna?
She began to lose color, her hair became pale. Her eye color changed to light blue. Minhyun was going to kill her. He could see it from every passing day. His heart ached at the thought of her dying like this. He never thought this would happen. But she already is. Her hair turned white as well.
"I can't, Reyna."
“Minhyun, everything will be okay.”
He shook his head, “No, I'm sorry, this kind of thing shouldn't have happened to you because of me. It is not your fate.”
Her soft sobs were the last thing he heard after he decided to take him out of that house and never return. She should have a happy life without him.
The apartment that Minhyun rents overlooks the

What remained was the perfect place for Minhyun to relax, take time for himself, and explore the stars.
Spent the first 2 weeks mapping the sky.
Barrow
He had a reason for coming to Alaska. The night lasted 67 days. His reason was that Minhyun thought it would be a good opportunity for him to map the stars or maybe find new stars. In his 30s, he was frozen like the trees around him. As he was preparing the television camera and computer, he was sure he heard the sound of something heavy falling into the lake, but he wasn't sure what it was. A whale, a person, or a rock from a nearby mountain.
Taking a deep breath, he picked up the binoculars from his bag and went back to take another look. The darkness made it nearly impossible to see the surface of the water or even the horizon. After a few seconds, he vaguely noticed boats and nets being thrown into the water.
It was the fisherman and Minhyun smiled faintly. The clock said it was already 5:00 a.m. He immediately knew that this fisherman must have gone to work around this time, he was sure.
Minhyun continued to look at the fisherman's actions until he slowly pulled the net out of the water as if he had caught about a hundred fish or less. Minhyun can't tell. In his brain right now there was only the thought that Who is this man?
That day around 4 p.m., Minhyun got the answer. The fisherman who lived across the street in a small shack next to a fish shop, Minhyun, saw him taking fish out of the truck and gutting them for the regular customers. He was taller than him but had a moment. Wider The man brought fish out to the stall from a large box, each with a different label, but Minhyun didn't care what it was, he was just happy to see the man sitting. Minhyun relaxed to such an extent that he didn't realize he was just sitting there staring at a smaller figure.
It wasn't until a woman older than him walked past and greeted Minhyun sitting on the cold sidewalk that he regained his senses. “You should go talk to him,” the woman said with a smile as she walked over. The smaller figure of the fish shop immediately turned around and smiled. The man made Minhyun cry. His body was fierce and strong.
There were some unshaven beards. Earrings adorning his ears, if he looked correctly. The tattoo trailed down his neck. This guy was interesting. Minhyun wouldn't mind if he wasn't this curious.
He carried his legs across the road towards the man, still not knowing what he should do or say next.
“Hello, what can I get you?” The man appeared to be in his early 30s. He looked even better with a closer look. Minhyun felt his curiosity aroused. Up again “Sir, can you give me some advice on which tuna is best for kimbap?”
The smaller figure let out a smile, “Ah, Korean people! It's nice to meet another Korean here.” He held out his hand to Minhyun, who grabbed it and shook it gently with a smile. “Follow me inside, I have better tuna in the refrigerator next to the sea bass.”
Minhyun nodded and followed silently.
“You know, I haven't met any Koreans here. Are you a tourist?”
Minhyun nodded, looking at the young man who bent down to pick up a fish from the depths of the refrigerator at the end of the aisle. “Yes, I hope I don't look too out of place.”
A heartfelt laugh came from inside the refrigerator. “Sir, believe me. With your hair color and height, you look strange wherever you go.” The man turned around with a smaller box than before. “I mean it's a good thing,” he winked and smiled before asking Minhyun how much fish he wanted.
Minhyun thought carefully, “Um..let's be enough for two people.”
The smaller man's face lowered slightly, “Oh, I guess your girlfriend sent you out to face the cold.”
Minhyun shook his head, laughing softly to himself, “Ah, it's not like that. Do you want to come with me, sir..”
“Baekho, my name is Baekho.”
“That's a good name, Backhoe. So would you come and have dinner with me or maybe have a few beers? I don't know anyone in this city. As you can tell, there are very few Koreans around here.”
Baekho nodded while packing the fish. "Sounds good. Give me your address and I'll be there at 8 PM."
"At 8 p.m. it would be better. I have work to do."
"Alright, it's already 8 p.m."
“And how much does the fish cost?”
"Just pay for my beer. Today I was thinking about making tuna."
Baekho appears again at 2. With a flower pot in his hand, Minhyun didn't expect it at all.
"flower?"
"Yes, I'm sorry. My mother used to tell me that it was rude to go to other people's houses empty-handed." He used one hand to scratch the back of his neck to correct his embarrassment. When he sent me a flower pot
“Ah, that's true of the entire universe. My mother told me this when I was little.” Minhyun tried to say it in the least hurtful tone he could. He hadn't talked about his mother in quite some time, but now he was doing it. Tell it to Baekho. Let strangers listen stories about her
“I'm sure she's proud of you for being such a good girl.”
Minhyun laughed at Baekho's words. “You know, we might be the same age.” Baekho laughed a bit. "There's no way I'm 31. Are you?"
“Thirty-one”
“You..must take good care of your skin if what you say is true.”
Minhyun sighed heavily, leading Baekho to the kitchen. “No, I'm not that young-looking. One day I might wake up with a face like a truck with a name on it.”
Baekho had to hold his stomach because he started laughing too hard. “Okay, I understand. You probably have a face like a well-carved jade, but inside you are actually rotten. It's everywhere.”
“That's right!” Minhyun was speechless for a moment. “Wait! That's a bit too much.”
Baekho sat down on his chair and followed Minhyun with his eyes instead of following him.
Minhyun finally reached the refrigerator and took out a kimbap plate and a 6-pack of soju. “I promised I would bring beer but I only had soju…”
Baekho nodded, “It's okay. Anyway, this should make us more drunk than beer.”
Minhyun nodded and placed the bottle of soju next to the tissue box on the table. "In the end, I only made tuna rolls. I forgot to buy pickled radishes. I'm sorry."
Baekho grinned widely, showing off his beautiful set of teeth. “It's okay as long as you have soy sauce.”
Minhyun laughed so helplessly that the plate almost fell out of his hand. “I have some on the refrigerator door.”
Baekoh nodded and stood up and went straight to the refrigerator instead of Minhyun who was setting the table. “Oh! Sriracha!”
Minhyun let out a wide smile as Baekho sat back down next to him. “Then you can start eating, big man,” Minhyun said, grabbing the first piece of tuna roll as Baekho's hand reached out. Bake the same piece. Give it to me..” Baekho picked up the tuna roll that Minhyun intended to pick up and brought it to Minhyun’s lips, “Open your mouth.”
Doing as he was told easily, Minhyun felt his face turn red. Red streaks spread across his face even though he hadn't touched any alcohol. He took a bite of the tuna roll in consideration. Baekho shoved the rest into Minhyun's mouth, his fingers scraping against Minhyun's lips before he took it into his mouth and licked the tip of his own finger. “You're so cute,” he said as he finished the first roll.
Minhyun choked while chewing the tuna roll, “Excuse me?”
Baekhoe laughed. “Wait, was I invited here for something more than dinner?” he asked. Minhyun sat and thought for a moment before answering. “To be honest, I don't know why I invited you to dinner like this. I just think you're so cool..” Minhyun tried to choose his words carefully. “Interesting to look at”
Baekho smiles at the corner of his mouth and raises his eyebrows. “Are you secretly looking at me?”
Minhyun hesitated and replied, “I- Wait, no, I can't..”
“No, no, it's okay. My body looks good and this butt. I get looked at a lot too. Both men and women Children too because I look scary.” Baekho chuckled as Minhyun seemed to relax at his ginger words, “And this isn't the first time someone has invited me to eat at their house.”
Minhyun secretly smiled slightly, “Really?”
Baekho nodded as his feet began to move closer to Minhyun's legs. “But I never said yes because no one caught my eye.”
Minhyun gulped as Baekho's feet came closer to his thighs. “Oh.”
“Are you still hungry? Mr. Minhyun.”
Minhyun swallowed again, “I think I would rather do something else.”
“Hmm, interesting,” Baekho said as Minhyun stood up to his full height and followed through on his request.

The next morning, Minhyun woke up with a slight itch in his throat, a humming of happiness beside his head and arms holding him tightly.
Baekho looked younger when he slept, Minhyun couldn't help but notice it. Baekho became conscious of his stare. “Um, good morning, Minhyun.”
“You can call me Min.”
“Alright, Min.” Baekho moved to get up. "Let's go get some breakfast. Today is my day off and I want to show you my boat."
Minhyun furrowed his brows, “Is this a polite way to reduce violence?”
Baekho laughed, bending down to pick up his boxers. “You would hope it was like that.”
Minhyun tried to laugh but ended up holding his back.
Baekho grinned, “Sorry. I should have warned you first.”
Minhyun let out a smile, “It's really okay.”
“So, a boat?” Baekho asked, putting on Minhyun's shirt and sweater from last night.
“That's it, ship.”
Walking to Baekho's truck was the coldest thing Minhyun had ever done before 9:00 a.m. At least Baekho kept his hands warm. “Come in before you become
Jack Frost
Please.”
“Very funny Baekho but I want you to know that I'm colder than that. Thank you.”
“Are you seasick? I feel like I should ask you before inviting you on the boat.”
Minhyun shook his head, “I don't know. I think I'll know now.”
Baekho nodded, “I hope you're okay.”
The cruise wasn't as bad as Minhyun thought, in fact it was quite fun. Baekho leaves him in the cabin of the boat to keep them warm. The fake chimney acts as a heater, while Baekho goes to get a blanket in case Minhyun gets too cold. “If we're lucky, he might see a whale.”
Minhyun became even more excited, “I have never seen a whale before.”
Baekho went to make coffee for the two of them. “If you didn't see them today, I hope you will see them next time.”
“Next time?” Minhyun asked.
Baekoh nodded and added sugar to his coffee, “Of course if you like it.”
Minhyun curled up in his blanket, “As long as you give me coffee and a blanket, I will be yours.”
Backhoe poured hot water from the heater into a coffee cup, “Well, maybe you can look at the stars from here too. Save money on breakfast too.”
Minhyun's eyes widened, “You're going to let me... stay here and work...?”
Baekho shrugged, “I don't see any reason why we can't. We're adults. I have my own space,” he smiled. “Besides, we've slept together. If someone dies here, I think there's probably a serial killer between us.”
Minhyun burst out laughing, his eyes nearly closing as he laughed. “I think that's true.” He thought for a moment before answering. “Sounds good too.”
Weeks had passed since then and Minhyun felt happier than ever before. Baekho always joked that they 'got along' well. Minhyun loved that Baekho always made him feel relaxed the way Baekho laughed at his own jokes and he loved it even more when Baekho would blush whenever he complimented something like a mature man to him. His shy attitude was something he rarely saw from anyone because most people thought he was younger.
“Min, can I ask you something?” Baekho, who was sitting across from him at the dining room table in the ship's cabin, asked.
"Of course. Is there something wrong?"
Baekho took a deep breath. “There is something very important that I have been wanting to ask you for a while.”
Minhyun sensed the worry in the other person's voice, “Then what is it...?”
Baekho let out a breath to regain his courage. "I know you'll be back at the end of the month. I just...want you to know that," he interrupted. Looking at Minhyun Grab the other person's hand and hold it with your own. “I got the job.”
Minhyun raised his eyebrows. “Work?”
Baekho nodded, “Yes, my job was working with a marine biologist on a submarine.”
“So what does that mean..?”
Baekho's face became sad. “I hope you want to come with me.”
Minhyun's lips parted. “With you...where?”
“Australia”
Minhyun's mouth dropped open. It had been almost 3 months since he had been with Baekho and his hair hadn't turned silver or blonde like Rayna's and he was so happy right now. But he couldn't tell if he was getting older or if he had a feeling he wanted to go. And he still doesn't have a single reason to return to Los Angeles.
“I..” Minhyun looked at Baekdo again. Remember the other person's facial expressions.
“I can't do it.”
Baekho's eyes twitched. Minhyun saw the sadness radiating from his eyes, “I understand, there are many things I want to ask. We aren't even really together yet..”
Minhyun felt worse now. “It's not like that, Baekho. I can't go like this, I have to leave work first and there are many things I have to do before I go to Australia with you.”
Baekho felt himself come alive again. “You will come with me, right?”
Minhyun nodded. “Yes, as soon as I finish everything related to work first, I will come to you in Australia.”
Baekhyun smiled widely as tears streamed through his eyes. “Oh Min! Thank you, I love you very much.”
Minhyun smiles widely. His life is getting better and better now. He is happy. His life is moving forward... and he feels that going to Australia this time is both. What about the good and the bad?
Minhyun returns to Los. Angeles at the end of that month. The results of his search were stored in a single folder that he had to protect with his life. He was greeted at the watchtower with a warm smile and a few tears.
“I didn't think this day would come this soon, Minhyun.”
Minhyun wiped the tears from his own eyes, “Me too.”
His boss gave him a warm smile. “Then let's make the best of your last week.”
“Thank you.” Minhyun shook hands with the other person, standing and watching until his boss walked back into the office.
Before Minhyun could turn around, he felt arms hug him. His heartbeat increased from this contact. “You're back!”
Aron Minhyun thought. Guilt hit him. How could he forget this little angel?
Minhyun turned to face the younger man, not releasing himself from the embrace. Leave the clothes writhing like that He looked down at the other person, “It's me.”
He felt really bad just thinking about how to tell this kid that he would only be back for a week and then he wouldn't come back again.
“I miss you,” Aaron said. His voice was a little lost when he spoke. Is he crying? Minhyun moved him to take a closer look at the face clearly etched into his chest. This child is crying.
“Hey hey Aron, don't cry! Why are you crying?” Minhyun was more shocked than anything. “Do you really miss me this much?”
Aron didn't answer and moved his head in an awkward manner. “Does that mean yes?” Minhyun teased, grabbing the boy's arm and peeling it away from Aron's body with his nose as Minhyun looked at him. before finally nodding in acceptance
"You've been gone too long. Three months feels like a year," he replied. The sniffling sound faded until it was just a rattle in the throat.
Minhyun thought it was strangely sweet that this kid thought this much about him.
Maybe this is falling in love
Oh, or maybe this is falling in love. Minhyun cursed himself that maybe he had done more to this boy when he had to go to Australia.
“Aaron, we need to talk.”
The smaller man looked up from his feet in shock, “That doesn't sound good.”
Minhyun pursed his lips into a straight line and sighed. He felt his shoulders sag from his professional stance to a more comfortable one. “I really don't think you'll like it.”
Aron's eyes began to water again, "Are you going again?"
Minhyun placed his hand on the younger man's shoulder, “I-” He stared into Aron's eyes. "Yes, I'm going to Australia in 4 days."
Tears streamed down Aron's face, "But...why? You promised we'd spend the whole time talking about space!"
Minhyun frowned, “Aron, you're not a child anymore. Me too I can't stay here just because of you. It may sound selfish, but this is my educational life. My career" and my real life...
Aaron's tears had long since stopped flowing, and his brows furrowed together in anger, “Okay, go ahead.”
He didn't expect that he would receive such a response. In fact, he didn't even think that he would receive any kind of response. He didn't care about Aron's existence at all. He watched as Aron removed his hand from his shoulder and immediately walked towards the exit.
“Sorry,” he said to himself.
“Congratulations on the graduation of the students.

Year 2011"
The Dean welcomed him and his classmates as we walked up to the stage for their graduation on the lacrosse field when he heard a scream and a call as his name was announced. His daughter made a noise from the stand. His parents held a large cutout of his face. Aaron smiled brightly when he saw the swim team stand up from their seats and pretend to sweep the floor for him with their hats. “Oh.
Our Captain!” The Shakespeare Club shouted from their seats, standing up in their seats to greet their leader. The golf club shouted as loudly as they could as Aaron passed by them. causing loud noises all around

He's got his plan. He has a purpose Aron never gets what he wants when he works for him, but he doesn't know when to leave.
His first year at university went smoothly, his roommate was a science major like him. Just because he was in neuroscience, they went out together and spent the night at a nightclub downtown. Aaron's roommate was a really good dancer. JR tends to do weird nonsense when he's not focused on anything, so his arm tends to fall off, causing Aron to go off track a bit, but he doesn't mind it because it's just fun. to watch and join in sometimes
“Hey Aaron, I'm going out to the club today. Do you want to go together?" J.R. asked, putting on his jacket as well.
He shook his head and looked at the pile of books in front of him. Aron refused.
“Oh come on, friend. You've been working on this project for a week. It's perfect and it's okay to stay the night.” JR shook his friend. “Come on, it's only been a few hours, and if you come back, I won't complain at all. Besides, you really need a girlfriend or something like that.”
“Ha, thank you JR. But you know I'm not interested in women.”
JR shrugged and giggled, “Pardon me. I know you don't care, but you should come anyway.”
Sighing, Aron shook his head and reached up to pick up his pants and put them on. I'll come back first without you.” J-Arp smiled and said, “That's it.”
Turns out Aron ended up enjoying the night as he danced with JR attached to him. The hand moved smoothly in sync with the other's body. It was normal every time JR was pulled out and not busy winning someone's heart. Ten minutes later or whatever, JR was gone. go Leaving him to himself, he was the one who had walked him down the street. He wasn't drunk, definitely drunk from the shock, he just felt hotter than usual in his jacket on a Thursday night. Only Sajika
Aron just wanted to take a walk and get some air to get rid of the buzzing in his head. He shouldn't have started his freshman year drinking like this. But this is our first year. He made full use of it, turning that corner to get to the road that took him back to the university grounds, Aron found that this road was illuminated by the light of the moon.
The road looked brighter than ever as he looked up. He found that the moon was warning him, he smiled at the sky when it smiled at him first.
“I hope he's looking at you too,” Aron said, his smile fading as he thought of Minhyun again. Every time he looked at the moon he felt better about the day he confessed it. He was still just a child. But right now, he still felt the same. Now that Aron has really grown up, he's learned to live on his own since he was in school, and he's started a summer internship at the observatory. His life was heading towards an amazing path but he didn't know how he would be able to find Minhyun. His heart felt squeezed every time he thought about it.
“How are you? I hope you are well. I hope you are happy...” he trailed off to himself. He stared at the moon for longer than expected. He regained consciousness faster than expected. Tears streamed down Aron's eyes, making him decide to stop thinking about Minhyun.
He strolled around thinking about things that would make him happy without looking, causing Aron to turn into the wrong alley.
Eyes wide, Aron stood frozen. There was some kind of deal going on or something. That's what he knew. He shouldn't have been here at all. The man in front of Aaron looked up and slowly moved his hand to his back pocket. Knowing what it meant, Aron quickly became frightened and ran as soon as his body could. His body seemed to slow down.
He could see the bullets being sent at him, he screamed. His voice seemed slower and lower. Aron ran as fast as he could to get out of here. His cries turned from fear to pain as a bullet lodged itself above his chest.
Aaron continued to run, terrified as adrenaline coursed through his body.
Minhyun fell to the ground, dropping everything he was holding onto the ground. Move your hand to cup your own chest. It hurt like it had pierced a hole in his chest.
Baekho jumped out of his seat in the living room when he heard a cry from the room next to “Minhyun.” He rushed to the other room. Seeing Minhyun lying on the ground made him crazy. “Minhyun, what happened?”
Minhyun clutched the right side of his chest, “I- I don't know, it hurts.” He started to cry as the pain enveloped him and everything turned black.
Minhyun wakes up again in a small hospital, where the neon lights shine so bright it's almost impossible to see.
“Thank God, you're awake,” Baekho said, slowly loosening his grip on Minhyun's hand. “I was really shocked. I thought you were going to die.”
Minhyun laughed, “No, I conquered death once, remember?”
Baekho sighed. “It's not funny at all.”
“Well, maybe not, but don't worry.”
“How can I not worry, Min? You passed out and said you had chest pains. It sounded like you were having a heart attack.”
Minhyun smiled as he continued to ask. “And what did the doctor say it was?”
Baekho shook his head. “They don't know.”
Oh..it looks worrying... “Anyway, I don't think it's so big that-” Minhyun cut himself off when he saw the spirit that had troubled him all these years.
Baekho sensed the change in Minhyun's expression, “What happened?”
Minhyun shook his head and spoke softly. “I want to be alone right now, please.”
Baekoh raised his eyebrows, “Alone? but-"
Minhyun shook his head. “I'll tell you when I feel better. But right now I want to be alone, please Baekho.” Baekho didn't look like he wanted to leave at all, but he just got up and left, leaving Minhyun alone with that ghost.
The pale figure spoke to him before Minoyeon could even think of a question, “You felt it, that's why you're here.”
“What do you feel?”
“The pain in your chest made you unconscious and sent you to this hospital. It was as if the person who was his master's destiny was the one who was truly harmed. The truth has been revealed. I don't know if he's still alive or not.” The spirit looked at Minhyun sadly. “I can't help him either.
I can only save this fateful couple.”
Minhyun felt suffocated if he died. Minhyun must stay like this forever.
“I have to go find him.”
The figure shook his head and smiled at Minhyun, “All you can do now is wait. You won't make it in time anyway. You are half a world away from him and you probably won't be released for a while.”
Minhyun felt himself stiffen as if something was stuck in his stomach. It's nearly impossible to shake off. "Will you tell me if he's okay?"
The figure smiled brighter than ever. “You will know.”
Minhyun sat quietly for half an hour. He didn't know how he knew. But he knew deep in his heart that his partner was a man. Minhyun knew that he was closer to aging than he had ever thought.
During the past 3 years, the backhoe was everything that everyone asked for but it didn't work. He didn't agree with Baekho on many things but after being together for a year, everything became more settled. But in the end, they agreed to just be each other's roommates, sometimes acting like a family just to create comfort in having a partner.
Nothing goes further than that but Minoyeon knows that Baekho already loves him. He felt guilty at the time, but he couldn't lie to Baekho for much longer, especially after Minhyun saw the white hair growing on Baekho's head, which looked too fast for a 35 year old man.
When Minhyun explained everything to Baekho, how he looked like he was 21 even though he was the same age. It caused a moment of uncertainty. At first Baekho didn't believe it but slowly accepted Minhyun's story. It's making more and more sense that Minhyun has a doctorate even though he looks like he's 21 years old.
Two orphanages donate thousands of dollars to charity every year. Having worked at the observatory for a year, Minhyun must be older than he looks. For once, Baekho seemed to accept the truth, he had no problem staying with Minhyun - as a friend, Baekho knew that everything Minhyun told him was true, so there was someone waiting. Waiting for Minhyun
And he's okay with it, for the most part.
Minhyun spent the rest of the day talking to Baekho in that hospital, his chest still hurting most of the time. But he felt better around 3 a.m. Baekho climbed onto the bed and pulled him into a hug. Minhyun could only thank the moon in his heart for giving him such a good friend, he thought as he closed his eyes.
It took a week for Aron to be able to walk normally again, but JR still wouldn't let him walk anywhere, and it took even longer to get him to stop having nightmares. Nightmares of the bullet hitting other, more dangerous places, JR ended up having to sleep with him to comfort him, mostly by making him laugh or holding his hand until he fell asleep.
But that was a long time ago. Now Aron is 23 years old and about to graduate. His family came to his graduation ceremony holding the same signs as they had five years ago. He laughed when he saw his sisters dancing and screaming loudly as he walked up to them after the ceremony.
“We are very proud of you.”
The two of them spoke loudly to him and pulled him into a hug and pressed kisses on his face. He felt so happy that tears began to well up in his eyes.
“Thank you very much.”
His sister sent a Hawaiian garland and a bouquet of flowers. and give it to him At the same time, he handed his camera to a passerby to take a photo of the moment.
“If mom and dad are still here. They must be very proud.”
His little sister spoke up.
Nodding in agreement, he held his sister's hand tightly. This was the best he could do with what he was carrying. After taking another 5 pictures, they thanked the stranger and directly Go to the parked car.
“When will you fly again?”
Aaron smiled, a strange feeling starting to come back to him again.
“Tomorrow at 6 a.m.”
“So when are you going to the airport?”
“It should be around 2:00 a.m. It should take about an hour to travel. So I'll probably arrive at the airport around 3 or 4 a.m.”
His sister nodded as their last days with their brother were nothing but sad, they were sure.
They snuggled up to their brother and tried not to cry. They watched Aaron's favorite movie together. Cook Aaron's favorite food and drink Aaron's favorite beer together.
“You probably wouldn't have done anything like this while you were at the camp in Korea.”
His eldest sister said while laughing, causing Aaron to laugh as well.
“She acted like there was nothing like this in Korea.”
“And how do we know?”
Aron's plane took off at 6:00 a.m. Aron took out his headphones and put them in. With the stewardess' permission, he watched a movie he had downloaded a few hours before, ate some snacks and ordered a vodka drink. myself His life was about to begin, he was close to getting what he wanted.
It would be a lie if Aron said he didn't know why he chose to go there.
Korea Aerospace University
The rumor he got was that Kang Minhyun will be the new aviation lecturer, and when Aron investigates, he realizes that it's his Minhyun. But that last name doesn't make any sense.
Has he gotten married?
Has Minhyun been happy all this time?
Aaron didn't know, but he planned to find out for himself.
His camp was a little bigger than he thought. He was a mechanical engineer and an astronomer, which was a problem because his sector was near the end of the camp. Opposite of astronomy
Aron quickly surveyed the area on his bicycle, making sure he could leave it in both regions or else he would have to take a bus instead of a train. His work focused on building a space probe. that can collect data from exoplanets in the Andromeda solar system without leaving the Milky Way galaxy, he knows the prototype is nearly finished There were only a few more tests left, but what he was worried about was the launch that would come next week.
He wasn't worried at all until he was sent to the Astronomy Department to retrieve data from a telescope. He ignored the butterflies in his stomach. Aron walked into the building through the back door and found the entrance to the observatory, but Aron found that it was locked.
"I'm really asking."
He pulled the door several more times, hoping it was just stuck on something. And when it didn't budge at all, Aron pulled as hard as he could, only for his hand to slip off the knob, causing him to fall face-first onto the floor.
“Are you okay?”
A voice came from behind him.
Aaron made a noise in his throat as he tried to get up.
“I-Yes, I'm okay.”
But his feet were still stuck in the same place. “Come, let me help you.” A hand was extended to help Maron up from the ground, and it was able to easily pull him up to his feet.
"thank you"
Aron smiled at the young man who helped him, and the two of them froze in place. His eyes stared intently at the other party.
Aron took a step back but continued to hold the hand that had helped him. Aron gulped as he controlled his weakness.
The blonde's eyes widened.
"impossible"
“Damn it.”
"yes"
Their hands still holding each other, Minhyun felt himself stuttering.
“How-since when-?”
Aaron was still standing in his place.
“I came here.”
Minhyun began to relax a little.
“So you didn't follow my stock?”
Aaron shrugged.
“Maybe.”
Minhyun stubbornly pinched the tip of his nose when he heard that.
“Aaron, you can't do that-”
“I'm not a kid anymore, Minhyun. I'm 23 years old. And I came here for work, and the fact that you're here is just my profit.”
Aron stood straight and stretched his shoulders to look bigger, but Minhyun was still taller.
Aron felt goosebumps all over his body when Minhyun suddenly grabbed the front of Aron's shirt and pushed him hard until he was pressed against the wall.
"Wait here, I'll open the door for you."
Nodding (while taking a deep breath), Aron followed in the direction Minhyun had led.
The door opened and Aron walked inside, following Minhyun to the database management system.
“Just for work today or all week?”
“All month”
"oh"
Minhyun nodded and tapped the keyboard to find information for Aron. Both of his eyebrows furrowed until they were almost close together.
“What information are you going to get?”
“About science, Mr. Kang.”
Minhyun suddenly stopped.
“Don't call me that.”
“It's your name here.”
The hand that was typing stopped.
“What do you want from me, Aaron?”
"chance"
Minhyun nodded in acknowledgment and shook his head a moment later. But he didn't turn to look at Aaron at all.
“You are still young.”
And now Aron was starting to get a bit irritated.
“Do you see what's wrong with me, kid?”
Minhyun turned to the smaller man.
"If we take the truth that I will be 50 this year, that's right."
Aaron shrugged.
“You look younger than me.”
“What you see and reality are different, Aron, you should know that. You are a scientist.”
“As a scientist I know there are things we can't prove.”
Aaron's gaze changed into one filled with despair.
“You promised me that you would give me a chance when I grow up and be a man good enough for you.”
Minhyun didn't want to hear it. But the necklace on his neck was weighing him down. He began to feel an itch on his neck, so he moved his hand to move the chain a little.
Aron didn't miss this move as he followed Minhyun's hand moving the chain. A ring appeared from the collar of his jacket. Aron's eyes widened before he reached out his hand and pulled it out recklessly.
“Why are you keeping it if you won't give me a chance?”
Minhyun couldn't find his voice, trying to find the words to answer this question.
"I never take it off, that's all."
Aron sighed and pulled the chain, making Minhyun lean over a bit. Minhyun saw a spark burning in Aron's eyes.
“Prove to me that you don't love me and I will let you go.”
Minhyun leaned back slightly, his throat laughing.
“So what makes you think I-”
Minhyun felt lips on his, the taste of something familiar to him. He couldn't do anything but melt into the kiss as he felt Aron release his hand from the necklace. There was no more forcing him, but he couldn't pull himself out, every instinct in him was calling. Keep him here and kiss back and he does.
Minhyun couldn't control himself anymore, his hands moved to Aron's back and neck. Pressing a kiss back to the smaller man, Aron let out a soft noise. His lips moved to savor this moment as much as possible, a moment he knew might never happen again.
Surprisingly, Minhyun still didn't let him go and lightly nibbled on Aron's lower lip before sending his tongue to play with Aron before he felt sorry for his own actions.
Their breathing became more and more trembling. Aron's hands gripped the hem of Minhyun's shirt tightly. He let out a smile as he realized that he was comfortable with this. His heart felt warm and for the first time in his new life he felt truly alive.
A-orn was the first to pull away, his mouth turning red from Minhyun's actions. Minhyun closed his eyes, allowing Aron to look at his face this close for the first time since he was 14.
“You are more beautiful than I remember.”
Minhyun opened his eyes.
“God is silent.”
He held his breath and continued speaking.
“How can you say things like this and expect me to not be able to jump into your arms? I'm twice your age!”
Aron laughed slightly at Minhyun's words.
"And since when has your age been a problem for me? I've loved you since I was little. I just, I want to know why."
Minhyun placed his head on Aron's shoulder, looked at the other man and tried hard to think. In the end, he shook his head off and stared into Aron's eyes.
“The first date counts.”
Calling the feeling right now like flying around the moon would be an understatement. He planned everything before the date with Minhyun, he knew it wouldn't go as planned. Like he secretly hoped it would be like that.
He went to pick Minhyun up at the observatory in jeans and a wool sweater. It was still cold outside but he knew that walking around with Minhyun would do him good. feel warmer
Minhyun was still wearing the same clothes as last night, causing Aron to laugh a little.
"You didn't go home at all, did you?"
“I don't know what you're talking about.”
“Your shirt still has mustard stains from yesterday when Jason, who was walking with a sandwich, bumped into you.”
Minhyun felt his face redden from those words, but he hoped he wasn't as fierce as someone who just woke up from a secret nap.
"Yes, I fell asleep and woke up about 10 minutes before you came. Sorry."
Aaron shook his head.
“I understand, it is possible.”
Minhyun nodded slowly.
“So where are you taking me?”
“Somewhere that's really good.”
Minhyun smiled.
“Good, I hope you can do something to make up for the kiss you gave me last week.”
Aron stopped his feet and turned to look at the person who spoke. Minhyun also stopped as well. His hand moved up to cover his mouth.
"I don't know why I said that. I'm sorry."
Aaron laughed softly.
“It's okay. You must be nervous.”
Minhyun's face brightened and he turned his head away so that the other person wouldn't see his blushing.
“I wasn't nervous. I swear to you.”
Aaron held his hands up in surrender.
"Okay, I understand. You're not nervous at all."
He smiled at the tall, blond-haired figure.
“But I am.”
Aron took Minhyun to his favorite walking street, where it had rice, kimbap, tteokbokki, sundae, whatever Minhyun would eat. Including the crunch when he took the last bite of food into his mouth. Minhyun threw himself slightly back and used his hand to move his stomach, a smile of satisfaction plastered on his face.
“Wow, okay, this is better than I thought.”
Minhyun stretched out his arms as he spoke. His shirt was raised slightly. Aron tried not to look at it, he really tried, but there was a cluster of hairs on Minhyun's stomach, trailing down to the waistband of his pants, down to-
Aron was startled when he felt what Minhyun had said to him.
“Huh?”
Minhyun laughed.
“I said you should take a picture.”
Aron's cheeks felt warm.
"excuse me"
"You're not the first or the last person to look at me."
Aaron nodded slowly.
"...yes"
"I didn't mean it like that, I just-"
Minhyun didn't know what made him feel like he had to make up an excuse like this.
“Most people would be surprised that an Asian guy is this tall and has white hair.”
Aron smiled at Minhyun's words.
“I know because that caught my attention too.”
Minhyun laughed in his throat.
“Is this why you like me? Insulting my intelligence is a great way to fall for me.”
"I didn't mean it like that, you know."
Minhyun pressed his tongue against his cheek before continuing.
“We should go for a little walk.”
Aaron nodded.
“I thought you would do that after you finished eating.”
They both got up from their seats before Aron dropped a tip to an old woman's wallet, muttered a soft thank you, and followed Minhyun out.
That night was colder than Aron thought but he was happy about it anyway. Minhyun looked up as he walked. Slowly stretching out and letting out a sigh, a small cloud of smoke appeared as he did so. Aron held his breath so as not to make a sound.
Minhyun knew, he knew all along. Every time someone was around him or came with him like this, they would become indistinct or forget to breathe. He smiled, there was something about Aron that made this date interesting. Both the story of him trying to pass the entrance exam and prove that he didn't completely ignore him. Aaron himself is interesting too.
That night, Minhyun felt so at ease that he let Aron walk him to his apartment.
“Your real home is not an office. You need to get a good night's sleep and take a shower.”
"Stop looking down on me. It doesn't make you attractive."
“That mustard stain is the same.”
Minhyun couldn't do anything but laugh and let Aron walk him home.
“Alright, let's go.”
He walked the other party towards the train station, hoping deep in his heart that Aron would turn around even though it was clear that the other party probably wasn't going anywhere now that he thought about it. Minhyun smiled all alone.
Aron silently followed behind Minhyun, not because he wanted to look at Minhyun's butt for longer. But it was because he wanted to make sure that Minhyun got home and at least changed clothes.
The train station always has a smell. It's probably because this is the time for many people to go home. Minhyun stopped at the third stop from the last stop. Sign heading to Gangnam
"I'm not surprised you could have it."
Aron muttered as he followed Minhyun.
"Why"
“You saved enough to save the millions you made 10 years ago and you're still working, so.”
Minhyun nodded.
“You must have spent so much time thinking about something like this.”
Aaron laughed deep in his throat.
“Yes, I did that. Since my parents died I have to take care of my younger sister myself.”
Minhyun is shocked by the truth he just learned.
"hair-"
Aaron shrugged.
“Everything is fine. If you don't know.”
“How many sisters?”
"Two seventeen year old twins, beautiful, talented, amazing. I'm glad they grew up quite well."
Minhyun nodded in understanding.
“'Then you're all probably in your final year of study right now.”
Aaron shook his head.
“I took them out of school and let them study on their own, and now they are in their first year of university.”
“The way you took care of them before they came here is amazing.”
Aaron let out a bright, wide smile.
"Thank you. I never knew if what I did was the right thing or not."
Minhyun placed his hand on the smaller man's shoulder.
“You did a great job, Aaron.”
He said as he grabbed the doorknob of his own house.
“I feel like I have to pee.”
“Damn it, Aaron.”
“Well, I'm in pain!!!”
"okay!"
Aron laughed when Minhyun opened the door for him.
“At the end of the corridor on the right.”
Aron didn't even wait to take off his shoes and immediately ran in the direction Minhyun had told him. Min Hyuan then walked to her own room. Take off your clothes in order to change.
Aron walked back out of the bathroom just as Minhyun pulled down his shirt.
“Ah, it's good that you have more than one outfit.”
Minhyun shouted.
"shut your mouth"
Aron raised his hands in surrender as he continued to laugh.
“I was just rambling. I would definitely be more worried if you only had one outfit, Minhyun.”
The taller man laughed as he gestured to lead Aron out of the room. Minhyun felt himself suddenly freeze in front of the door frame. He felt like he didn't want to let Aron go back.
"Alright, I think I should head back."
Aaron said, pointing towards the door with his thumb.
“I-yes.”
Minhyun said, moving his hand to touch the doorknob.
"yes..."
Aron held his breath for a moment as his feet felt stuck on the floor of Minhyun's room. He tried to think of words, his heart pounding. His mouth was open as he tried to think of something that would allow him to stay with Minhyun.
“Hey, are you using a marker to write on me?”
Aron asked, staring at Minhyun's hair.
Minhyun looked at Aron with eyes filled with doubt.
“No, why?”
“Your hair has black streaks on it. So I thought..”
Minhyun's face visibly turned pale.
“My hair...”
Aaron nodded.
“It looks cool.”
He said, running his hand over to stroke the black strands of hair at the back.
Minhyun moved his hand up to touch his own hair. Is his hair black? Even though before, no matter what he did, he couldn't make it return to black. No matter how much you dye your hair, no matter what. Nothing worked. And why did his hair suddenly turn black?
Minhyun rushed to the bathroom in panic. Aron followed closely behind, worried that he had done something wrong. Minhyun turned to look at his own hair. A strand of hair was seen growing black among his blonde hair. The moon's voice echoed in his head over and over. By then, you would be able to return to your normal life.
Minhyun almost screamed when Aron suddenly appeared.
"you..."
“I swear I didn't do anything.”
“No, it's not like that-”
Minhyun shook his head, there was no way. This child would be his true love.
Minhyun leaned his head back against the sink to wash his head's face, facing Aron before throwing his head back and looking up at the ceiling.
“You must be lying to me.”
“Who are you talking to?”
Minhyun stopped laughing and turned into a light giggle.
"moon"
Aron stared at Minhyun, he knew. Because he's perfect Because he was everything Aron wanted to be, because he was the love of Aron's life, and even though he was a bit of a crazy person right now, Aron still loved him.
"moon?"
Aaron asked confused.
Minhyun held up a finger and prepared to criticize Aron before realizing that he might like this too much. He shook his head, smiling to himself.
“It's a long story. I promise I'll tell you one day about how I received a beautiful curse from the moon.”
Aaron nodded slowly.
“My hair won't turn black until...”
Minhyun stopped and let out a sigh.
Aaron's eyebrows furrowed together.
“Tell me, I have time to listen.”
Minhyun sighed for the fifth time in the past two minutes, surrendering himself. He sighed again before leading Aron into the living room.
“Sit, I'll go make you some tea. It might take some time.”
Aron nodded, waiting for Minhyun to return.
When Minhyun returned, his eyes looked older than before. Aron sat silently, waiting for Minhyun.
Minhyun handed him a cup of tea and sat down in front of Aron. He spent the whole night telling Aron everything until he cried himself to the point where they were wrapped in each other's arms and were together. That goes on until morning.
The next morning, Minhyun woke up with a pair of arms wrapped around him, his face buried in Aron's chest. He didn't have to guess to know that it was definitely Aaron. Even though he was fully awake, he still didn't want to get up right now. Aaron's body is very soft. Everything seemed right as it should be. In the end, he had to give in to himself and stay like this for a while.
The sound of Aron's phone ringing from his pants pocket slowly woke him up.
"God!"
He shouted as soon as he picked up the phone.
"what"
He was still yelling into the phone line.
“Oh Grace, calm down.”
Aron calmed down a bit and his voice didn't snort like it had at first. This immediately made Minhyun's ears perk up. Who is Grace?
“This is so awesome, can't you guys handle it yourself? It's 4:00 a.m. in Korea right now, you know!”
He stopped talking when the other end of the line resumed.
“Tell Hana to come talk to me later-”
Aaron let the other end of the line speak with a sigh.
“The two of you are probably going to kill me one day. Mom and Dad are probably lying in the pit uncomfortable because of the two of you!”
Oh, his sister.
Minhyun slowly pushed himself up and sat up on the sofa. Aron's eyes widened slightly as he realized where he was. He opened his mouth and apologized softly. Minhyun nodded. Let Aaron continue talking on the phone.
Aron watched Minhyun slowly fall asleep again, probably not having slept for many days. He thinks so.
After hanging up the phone, he stood up and walked towards Minhyun to carry him to his room to sleep. He felt a bit heavy thinking about it, but luckily the room wasn't too far away.
Minhyun made a noise in his throat as he felt the softness of the pillow, wrapping his arms around his guide and pulling him closer.
Aaron let out a smile that looked perfect. Really like an angel He knew that he would probably be allowed to sleep here now, but his deepest thoughts were against it, so he went to find a small piece of paper in the kitchen and wrote something on it.
Call me for a second date.
The second date turned into the third, the fourth. Until several weeks had passed before Aron was able to shake hands with Minhyun during their lunch break after researching.
Minhyun's hair was becoming more and more tinted black each day. Minhyun felt his heart swell every time Aron brought in Cross' nonsense from before. word A Sudoku coloring sheet that looks like it could be straight out of a coloring book. Sometimes Aron just wants to talk to Minhyun like he always comes to ask for advice in the past. before
He was treated like a lover and Minhyun liked it, he fell in love with it very quickly. He felt very bad. Every time Aron smiled at him, his face also heated up.
Months passed and Minhyun hadn't invited Aron to the house since that day. But this time he felt that way. Something Aron had shown him all night had given Minhyun a headache, a feeling of excitement playing through his body.
Aron knew this too, and Minhyun looked a little more restless than usual, like he wanted to say something but didn't know how to say it. So he'll say it himself.
“Can I drive you home?”
Minhyun smiled brightly.
"certain"
Aron stretched out his hand to hold each other's hand and together they walked towards the train station.
Minhyun's apartment still looked the same and he was glad that it did. It made him feel welcome. Aron took off his shoes and followed Minhyun towards the kitchen.
“Coffee?”
"yes"
The two of them sat in silence for a while, sipping coffee in a silence that didn't make them feel uncomfortable in the slightest.
"you-"
"you-"
They laughed together.
"I'm sorry you said that first."
Aaron said with a smile that never faded from his face.
“Do you want to watch a movie or something?”
Aron nodded and drank his coffee in large gulps.
Minhyun walked into the living room and took out the first movie he saw because he had a feeling he probably wouldn't care much about it anyway.
Aron sat down and pulled Minhyun closer, their bodies fitting together so well.
Aron held Minhyun's hand and ran his fingers along Minhyun's knuckles.
“The Karate Kid?”
Minhyun laughed.
“Shut up, this is the best thing from the 80s. I saw it in the movie theater about 4 times.”
Aaron laughed a bit.
“That's really weird. Why is that right?”
Minhyun nodded and laughed, turning to face Aron only to be met by the other's lips.
Aron kissed Minhyun softly. Minhyun seemed to melt with the kiss. He sent his hand up to grab Aron's frame, adjusting it to the best possible angle, and accidentally bit Aron's lip in the process.
"excuse me"
He let out a soft noise when Aron bit him back.
“You don't have to.”
"um...."
Minhyun felt too good right now.
"bedroom..."

Minhyun woke up again in the middle of the night, the TV still playing the menu on repeat for I don't know how long, he smiled and looked at Aron who was sleeping happily.
He got up, picked up the messy clothes he had taken off, and walked to the kitchen to get some water to drink. The sky tonight was as beautiful as ever from his balcony, but he never had a reason to step out and take a look.
However, tonight Minhyun felt like he should go look at the stars.
He pulled the door open and let the sound of the summer breeze wake him up a bit.
“You look happy.”
Minhyun nodded without looking at the source of the voice.
“Yes, I am happy. Thank you.”
The blond-haired figure smiled at the human he liked the most.
“I know you will be happy.”
The two of them fell into silence for a long time.
“You probably don't need me anymore, but I'll still be watching over you.”
Minhyun turned to look at the blonde haired figure again. sharp eyes Beautifully shaped lips, the moon is like something between an angel and a human. Sometimes it's like they're from another world. Sometimes it's like humans. However, today he looked more like a normal human.
“Happy 22nd birthday, Hwang Minhyun.”
The moon said, giving him a smile before disappearing.
"thank you..."
he spoke softly
Minhyun felt something approach him before Aron wrapped his arms around his waist.
“What are you doing out here?”
he asked, pressing a soft kiss to the other's neck.
Minhyun knew that the other person would probably be on tiptoe to be able to do that, he thought as he turned to face Aron.
“I woke up and suddenly wanted to look at the stars.”
“Um, okay.”
Aaron said, taking the blanket he had brought with him in the beginning and covering them together.
“Then let's see.”
The two ended up sitting together on Minhyun's couch outside, quietly watching the stars before Aron moved his arm out from behind Minhyun's back.
“Happy birthday, Minhyun-ah.”
Minhyun looked at Aron's hand that was stretched out in front of him with a ring in his hand.
“The moon says you love me.”
He laughed, turning around to look at Aaron's face.
“I will keep my promise to give you a chance, Aron.”
Some of the older people laughed.
“I thought you already gave it to me.”
"I mean that I will keep my promise as long as the moon gives me a chance. I will love you as long as you love me."
Aaron let out a small smile.
“It sounds like it means forever.”
Minhyun rolled his eyes tiredly before pressing a soft kiss to Aron's mouth and turning to lie next to him so they could fall back to sleep again.
“Sounds good too.”
