Their lives seem to be filled with endless happiness and love. But then fate changed. When Donna is seriously ill During the time he faced his illness He has created a robot called "Heartbot" whose sole mission is to take care of Lady every day.

But when Ek started spending more time working and developing the Heartbot, Naree felt abandoned and lonely at heart. Her loneliness grew with each passing day as the Heartbot took care of her flawlessly. The robot takes care of all her needs, cooks meals, takes her for walks. and talk as friends

But everything Heartbot did could not fill the void in Naree's heart. Naree felt that the Heartbot was just a machine that lacked warmth and understanding. Communication with the robot is cold and unnatural. The Heartbot does its job flawlessly, though. But Naree couldn't respond to it with a warm heart.

She misses the gentle touch words full of love and an understanding of her feelings that machines could not provide as time passed.
