Hide and Seek

Why does it have to rain today?

Today I carry a lot of stuff, including books, files, and a shoulder bag.

But I didn't bring an umbrella.

I've been waiting for the rain to stop for almost half an hour.

The hand that held the object began to become more and more tired.

“Can I help you carry it?”

A heavenly voice sounded to my right.

I turned around and saw a male student at the institute.

He smiled at me warmly.

In one of his hands he had an umbrella. The other hand reached out to me.

I thanked him and handed him the item in my hand.

The two of us walked out of the building together.

Along the way, he kept inviting me to talk.

The two of us encountered many coincidences between us.

We graduated from high school from the same place.

Go home the same way.

There is a restaurant owned by the same restaurant.

The places we go every day are almost the same.

The only difference is that the time overlaps slightly.

So today is the first time we've talked.

If not, it's because I forgot to bring my umbrella today.

causing him to leave university later than usual

I probably wouldn't have met him.

I have known a woman for a very long time.

Using the word known wouldn't be correct. Because we haven't talked yet.

The right thing is...I see a woman very often. So often that I remember her face

There may be many other people I often cross paths with. But she's the only one I remember vividly.

She studied at the same school as me in high school.

Go home the same way as me.

and eat at the same restaurant as me regularly

Our relationship is like a game of hide and seek.

There were many times when I wanted to get to know her.

But they were separated by only a fraction of a second.

I woke up late, but she woke up early.

She hurried home to read a book. As for me, I'm still here playing football with my friends.

I just walked into the restaurant. Contrary to her walking out after checking the bill.

It's raining today

I saw her from the classroom window.

She stood nervously in front of the building. Carrying a lot of things

I turned around and asked to borrow an umbrella from a friend. Then quickly ran out of the room.

I ran all the way to the front of the building. I feel relieved that she hasn't gone anywhere.

I mustered up my courage Walk closer to her and ask her...can I help you carry it?

She smiled cutely at me. Eyes sparkling with joy

She handed me the item in her hand and thanked me as well.

We walked out of the building together.

I kept inviting her to talk.

Glad to finally get to know the person I was looking for all along.

If it weren't for the rain today...I wouldn't have had the chance to talk to her.
