The sound of the door opening came from upstairs. After a while, a tall, thin man appeared walking stiffly down the stairs. A small man who was sitting on the sofa curled up and watching his favorite TV series turned his eyes towards the sound. The tall man's expression and gait didn't look good. His face, which was already round, became even more round when he made a sullen face. He laughed in his heart.

“Headache,” a hoarse voice said as he threw himself onto the back of the sofa next to the little man.

“Migraine?” Kim Jinwoo lifted his legs and sat down as usual. A loud moan from the man next to him was the answer.

“How many hours did you sleep last night?” the little man asked while looking at Kang Seungyoon who was sleeping with his eyes closed.

“I haven't slept yet.” The answer from the man beside him made him sigh tiredly. Kang Seung Yoon works as a songwriter and producer for a record label. He had been keeping quiet since yesterday afternoon in an upstairs room that had been converted into a small studio. Kim Jin Woo knew how crazy the man in front of him was.

If the work is not completed or is not satisfactory Kang Seung Yoon would never step out of his office. The record that Kang Seungyoon had not emerged from his room at all was a full week. Kim Jin Woo's regular duty is to provide food and water to workaholic Kang Seung Yoon. A bright light flashed on and Kang Seungyoon was curled up in a blanket, his face crumpled from stinging eyes. The little man put the soup tray on the table next to the bed.

Kang Seungyoon rubbed his head and leaned up to pick up the soup bowl dutifully. In less than five minutes, the hot corn soup was completely swept away, not a drop was left. Kim Jin Woo took the soup bowl back and handed him medicine and a glass of water. Kang Seungyoon silently took it and ate it. The sick person in front of Kim Jinwoo didn't say anything and his face shrunk even more as he swallowed the bitter pill.

“Where are you going?” Kang Seungyoon said, pulling on the hem of Kim Jinwoo's sweater when he saw the little man leaving the room.

“Take the tray down and put it away,” Kim Jinwoo replied, but the sick man in front of him shook his head.

“You can put it away later.” Kang Seungyoon tugged at the hem of Kim Jinwoo's sweater, signaling for the owner to sit down on the bed as usual.

“Come on,” the little man pulled the hem of his shirt out of the hand of the sick man who was starting to cry. Kang Seungyoon furrowed his brows in dissatisfaction.

“You can sleep now, take it down and put it away, it will come soon.” Kim Jin Woo coaxed the sick man, who was protruding his lips in annoyance, but he dutifully agreed to lie down.

“Hurry up,” Kang Seungyoon said softly and burrowed into the blanket as usual. The little man shook his head slightly. Normally, Kang Seungyoon doesn't have this kind of childish behavior. This is a habit of wanting other people to be close to you when you're sick. Kim Jin Woo turned on the dim light at the head of the bed. Adjust the heater to a warmer temperature and turn off the lights in the room. When suffering from a migraine, you should sleep in a quiet, dark room.

“Does it have a bad headache?” the little man asked softly. Kang Seungyoon's hair brushed Kim Jinwoo's cheek as he nodded.

“Let's see.” Kim Jinwoo turned on his side to face Kang Seungyoon. The tall man's forehead was pressed against his chest. The small man lifted his hand away from Kang Seungyoon's head and used his thumb to gently stroke the tall man's eyebrows. Hoping to relieve Kang Seung Yoon's pain. Even though I know it won't have any effect. But he just wanted to please the stubborn patient, and Kang Seungyoon couldn't deny that the warm hands made him feel really good.

“Sorry.” Kang Seungyoon opened his eyes and looked at Kim Jinwoo in the darkness. The little man froze.

“Sorry about that?”

“Well.. the matter is that we probably won't go see the movie because I'm sick,” Kang Seungyoon said, his voice muffled in his throat.

“No need to apologize, it's impossible, I understand.” The little man laughed. What do you think is the matter?

Kang Seungyoon raised his head and glanced at the glowing clock on the bedside table before hugging the little man tightly.

“This…” Kang Seungyoon called out.

“Uh...” Kim Jinwoo answered in his throat, half asleep.

“Merry Christmas,” Kang Seungyoon whispered into the ear of the little man who was close to falling into a trance. Followed by moving his face to gently kiss Kim Jin Woo's forehead. The couple's second Christmas Eve, heading towards Christmas Day, passed easily.
